My work here on Earth is now done. I shall be ascending to Heaven this afternoon.

I wish you all well. If you behave yourselves and repent your sins, I will see some of you again. But hopefully not too soon!

JHC
Give my regards to your Dad.

New Year, new identity again for Tillson, aka 50Hertz, aka Barry Shittpeas, aka Jesus H Christ.

We'll be watching for the new you after your latest ascension.

I see:

The UK has approved Pfizer’s Covid-19 pill for patients over the age of 18 years who have mild to moderate infection and are at high risk of their illness worsening, Reuters reports.

Now, your starter for ten, if you divide the number of people with Covid by the available doses, what are the chances of getting treated with it?

Latest today:

Tandridge, the Surrey Borough just south of my Croydon.
The UK.
Croydon and Lambeth just to the north, both heavily hit initially with Covid in early 2020, so early natural immunity developed

. . . . With both jabs . Deaths per 100k . Infect per 100k . Hosp Admits

Tandridge . 80% . . . . . . . . . 1.1 . . . . . . . . . . . . 253 . . . . . . . . . . 0.008%
UK . . . . . . . . 82% . . . . . . . . . 1.0 . . . . . . . . .. . .1216 . . . . . . . . . .0.002%
Croydon . . . 62%. . . . . . . . . .0.8 . . . . . . . . . . . 2333 . . . . . . . . . 0.002%
Lambeth . . . 60%. . . . . . . . . 0.6 . . . . . . . . . . . 2855 . . . . . . . . . .0.002%

Compare vaccination rates with the rest to see how little Omicron is affecting us and how the jabs are no better than natural immunity from prior infection.

I can't find your sourdough post... The other reason I want to make Kefir cheese, is for the probiotic-rich whey byproduct, which can store for longer in the fridge, and can be used to make even better sourdough than is possible with Kefir - there's a limit to how long you can leave a Kefir & flour mix, before it actually rots... but with Kefir whey, there are no milk solids to worry about. I can also use it to make Kimchi, which is also good for the microbiome. Hoping it melts and crusts for pizza... Egyptian cheesecloth hasn't arrived yet, maybe someone is stuck on the Suez.

Nothing like diverting attention:

Navy to dismantle sunken warship on Thames holding unstable explosives
MoD reportedly warns of ‘mass damage and potential loss of life’ if ordnance on SS Richard Montgomery triggered

Take Apart Better?

And, if it does blow, Better Build Back.

I'm glad I'm far away enough not to have any personal concern. But it could be quite a spectacle if they get it wrong.

Does anyone know if Johnson has any "plans" to build a Sheerness to Southend bridge?

PS: I love the way the report says that it had a "cargo of undetonated explosives" - can you imagine any reason to ship detonated explosives?
Could a 5m wave wipe out the Woosh factory? In the SWOT analysis, it could be included in the "Threats" section?

Would be nice to see the data...
It would be quite extraordinary for this to be true, exactly 88%, for every combination of vaccines that have been received by UK residents.

Maybe the differences are not huge, but if they cannot present clear figures by vaccine combination, I reserve judgement.

You won't, because they are lying again. On the news they are saying that in the week before Xmas, 1 in 30 in the UK had the virus.

The link below is to my post about the governments own figures on 23rd.

The whole UK infection rate of 881.7 then is 1 in 113 of the population.

The Lambeth worst case rate of 4247 then is 1 in 24 of the Lambeth population.

So you can see what they've done, taken the worst cases anywhere by far and now state that was for the whole UK.

In addition they are saying 2.3 million in the UK were covid positive. Either that is a lie or their own daily NHS figures are a lie, since it's an infection rate of 3433 per 100,000 which only a tiny proportion of areas have reached. They've taken the truth of circa 1200 and multiplied it by a factor of three.

And the current statement that 75% have been boosted is also a lie, today's NHS website latest says 59%

Nothing they are telling us now can be trusted. The lies are a propaganda campaign to get everyone to accept the booster.

Here's the 23rd December post and figures

Any minute now someone out there is going to read the figures and head to the nearest walk in vaccination centre and demand they take his or her booster shot back

Their claim of 75% now having the booster is actually impossible. I'm staggered that they are being so careless.

As you know the booster can only be given three months after the second jab, but three months ago we only had circa 75% of the over 18s with both jabs. Since then we had the 15 to 18 group added and much more recently the 12 to 15s.

Those latter young groups cannot have been boosted since many of them have only just had their second jab, so it's impossible for 75% of the over 12s to be boosted.

The NHS reported 59% boosted is obviously the accurate one, the government's latest news announcement being demonstrably a lie.

Bunkum where Covid is concerned.

Perhaps they are thinking of the economy or Tory governance, where hope or optimism of any kind certainly isn't justified

According to the WorldometerJohn Hopkins figures 13 million out of the 66 million in the UK have now or had in the past 2 years contracted Covid. Thats a global figure of about 20%. Now I have often voiced scepticism about the UK data ,as erring on the low side.. But if one does one of those calculations which only includes the vaccine eligible cohorts, you would very likely reach a 30% figure.
Rather than calling them lies, and figures drawn out of the air, I would consider them careless use of data.
Try as I might , I have not succeeded in getting useful figures of hospital admission by vaccine status. Its no good going back 4 months , because there was no Omicron 4 months ago. Its not particularly useful going back a year , because the number of vaxxed was small. But it would be a very simple task to actually give the statistics on a week by week basis .. eg no of people admitted this week. The number who had no vaccination, the number who had One and the number who had 2 or more.. The data which I reported on some weeks ago was accumulated over a longer period and so does not actually measure vaccine protection , since the base number varies so much.

It's funny how that the shouty guy in the video you posted didn't mention that the one case occurred in someone unvaccinated - he must have read the same report I did, but left that fact out. Typical antivaxxer clickbait.
