yes, I agree they are here to work but as non-tariff barriers, we will be able to introduce stronger employment legislation to protect workers.
Truly you speak in JEST
Who is this mysterious "WE"?
There hasn't been anything originating from either of the main parties for 40 years that wasn't originally an EU proposal

Well there is the problem. The circumstances need to change whereby the able bodied Brits find that the alternative to work is highly unattractive. I think BREXIT will deliver on this, :)
If you really want to make a fool of yourself that is an excellent beginning, so now you are suggesting coercion to get the workers to submit to being subservient.
The people you are sneering at are the very people whose numbers ensured a win for this nonsense idea.
Can this be from the person who accused Remainers like myself of sneering at the Brexit voters, and looking down on them as inferiors?

Really? :D

Theresa May is picking strange friends these days Trump,Yldrim(Turkey)whilst she is on a tour she might as well continue to Saudi and then onto Russia.....we are turning out backs on friends in Europe who have a good human rights record to become bed fellows with some pretty dodgy countries.
It seems we are desperate for friends outside of the EU.
Theresa May looks knackered on the TV,not surprising at 60,but this is nothing to the flac that is coming up from Trump and the EU.

This is the world we are being thrown into by an idiot urge to do self harm
"
UK and Turkey to enhance trade links, says Theresa May"
So we want to get cosy out of dire necessity with a country that does this?
"More than 140,000 people have been arrested, suspended or dismissed since the failed coup and Turkey is the world's biggest jailer of journalists."

And how many of those will ever get to trial or for that matter ever be seen again?
This is the way things are going and it's all downhill.

Because in accordance with tillson's wishes the Torys will make the workers so poverty stricken they will beg for work
This is his notion of
"The goodness Flowing"
Progress, but only back to the time of the Industrial Revolution
It was Tillson's comment that Brexit will make work attractive,it would be right that he has the opportunity to explain how.

This is Mrs Mayhem's new friend and buddy, the man who claims he wants to do business with the UK:

This is Mr Trump's latest position on trade deals:

This is a note for Mrs Mayhem:
If in shark infested waters, don't assume the fin coming toward you is a dolphin.

Alternatively, pay heed to the words of the man who said this about Republicans:

My feeling toward Republicans is like my feeling about sharks: of course they're stupid and vicious. It's in their nature to be mindless, ravening killing machines. It's nothing personal. They don't know any better. Pretty much the only thing you can do about them is stay out of their waters and, if you're unlucky enough to meet with one, shoot it through its rudimentary brain with a spear gun.

How will Brexit deliver on this?
KudosDave
At present, there are many perfectly able bodied people who do not work. Their parents did not work, their grand parents probably never worked and they too have no intention of working either. The financial differential between not working and working is small, so small that they can't see the point.

Under BREXIT, I think that public money will be short and will need to be invested in infrastructure, and those unable to support themselves. The idle, those that Kudos would not employ if he were paid to do so because of their disruptive nature, are going to be squeezed. They are going to be some of the hardest hit.

Their choice will be simple. Take employment, like I and many others have done, or suffer. I think BREXIT will enhance the suffering of the idle whilst at the same time enhancing the lives of the vulnerable. a win win situation.

I disagree that I over-reacted, indeed I consider my response was measured considering that I don't suffer fools gladly.

Tom,
you picked up an innocent remark in #10009 in reply to KTM (asking me if I support FOM with Australia) and because I don't, I insulted Australians. Hello? Does anyone else agree with uncle Tom?
'You don't suffer fools gladly'. Is this the best argument you can put up?

I have only ever spoken of the idle being poverty stricken. A person who is prepared to take employment deserves support and help.

I know that you are desperate, but please don't start making things up.

Oh what a genius you are! if I was one these miscreants I would simply emulate my "betters" and take to a life of crime...
And that is exactly what will happen
You are really really naive, aren't you?
Your understanding of human nature could do with a little work!

I know that we haven't seen eye to eye over many things, but I am 100% with you on this.

old tom's views are very different to mine, but when he posts garbage like this regarding the Australian insult, it reminds me that his judgement is massively flawed.

What am I supposed to be making up? we are referring to the same people here.
No tillson you are the one who is desperate as you still have signally failed to offer anything that indicates the cause you support isn't nonsense, and making the idle Poverty Stricken is a copper bottomed guarantee of turning them to crime.
Your suggestion is not merely desperate, but dangerous too.

The snag is you don't learn, merely bullying the idle will not change their ways for the better, but it does demonstrate how few ideas you have to tackle any problem doesn't it?
Make them poverty stricken and they will meekly change their ways?
They will react with violence.

You are the one who will have created anarchy if you imagine that such methods as you support won't dramatically increase crime, and drive these low life individuals into the arms of extremist organisations, which is already happening
How many more truly dangerous notions are in that head of yours?
For goodness sake wake up man!
