Allies that use subtlety and pass themselves off as being critical come in very handy as I pointed out, offering a seemingly plausible cause and effect to divert attention from corruption. But that's not "gaslighting" OG.
She'd be convincing us that Govt are bonkers or that BJ and Hancock belong in mental institutions, which might be case but don't think she is trying to convince anybody of it.
Besides, I don't believe what you are claiming. She has probably been most ardent critic of government throughout. She was actually in tears at one question session briefing, when pointing out to Johnson the harm lack of PPE has done.
I don't agree with much what she says but she is actually one of the more principaled of her type. I, m surprised she is on your list to criticise.
She is (I think) a staunch remainer and from her manner doesn't like any of our Government ministers. Thought that would endear her to you.
I suspect if she has expressed an opinion over contracts it's because she believes it. She isn't the type to modify her stance to earn admiration, especially from people she has little time for. I should check up on her past opinions, track record. She isn't what you are making her out to be. And, she certainly isn't "gaslighting".
I met plenty of examples during my working life.
You just have to be alert to the signs.
