Some authoritative sources are saying
Linky?

What about The electoral college on Dec 14 when it casts its vote for president - Biden is projected to win far more than the 270 electoral votes he needs to become president.....

"That will happen if the votes in the dodgy states are found to be unreliable"

Which States and how will they be deemed 'unreliable' disinfranchising millions of voters when there's been no evidence of the alledged widespread voter fraud.

And isn't it a possibility you can't discount that if processes is stalled or ongoing but not finalised then there's a possibility that Nancy Pelosi as speaker of the House become Acting President.

Anyway, of course those particular lawyers aren't alleging fraud, but the people they're representing are.
??? I don't get it.
Why go to Court if you can't substantiate your claims?
Unless it's a ploy for crowd funding.

I wouldn't have held a second referendum on that basis, but would have on the grounds of the extensive and blatant dishonesty of the Leave campaign.
.
True, many promises were made that have not been kept. Even the most committed Brexit supporter could not claim that today’s Brexit looks remotely like the Brexit that was voted on. In fact, it’s so different that it’s dishonest to even call it Brexit.

It’s hard for some people to admit they are wrong, so I can understand why they are still cheering. I’m often wrong, so I find it easy.

let's just wait and see brexit done.
Punishment or recompense will come in the next general election.

I am so pleased the most important things are being decided:

Extra bank holiday announced for Queen’s 2022 platinum jubilee
Government confirms four-day weekend to mark the Queen’s 70-year reign

Trump's lawyers Snell & Wilmer withdraws from election lawsuit in Arizona - source Reuters https://nzzl.us/HkEB59c
In Arizona, automatic recount is only triggered when the lead is less than 200 votes.
If Trump wants a recount, he'll have to pay for it.
He is not going to pay for that but we'll know for certain on November 23rd.

This is how Trump won't have much money to spend on lawyers:

Is that dead or alive do you know?

After all, fixtures to any individual two years ahead in present circumstances are somewhat presumptuous to say the least.

The will of parliament triumphed once again (AKA the will of the executive), since in truth the majority of MPs and the cabinet did not want Brexit. The reality was that a handful of less than 15% of parliament wanted the total departure from the EU that the loony right demands.

So we got the charade of Theresa May's Withdrawal (Not) Agreement, followed by Boris Johnson's charade of using it again virtually unchanged while insisting it was something else entirely, all designed to fool the electorate that they had got their way.

Quite an achievement really, making the whole of the parliament and the whole of the public unhappy at the outcome instead of the usual 90%.

An open and honest government leading us to recovery? Or a bunch of incompetent charlatans, idiots, with entirely selfish motivations?

England's test and trace system hit by 'huge' IT problems last month

Exclusive: issues delayed calls to vulnerable coronavirus patients, NHS emails show
The government’s struggling test and trace system for England was hit by “huge” IT issues that delayed calls to some of the most vulnerable coronavirus patients last month, NHS emails show.

Sources said the previously-undisclosed problems led to delays of up to 48 hours reaching potentially infected people linked to care homes and hospitals.

The government’s scientific advisers have warned that 80% of an infected person’s close contacts should be reached within 24 hours to stem the spread of the disease.

The IT failure happened in mid-October when the numbers of infections and people in hospital were rising exponentially across large parts of the UK. They will add to concerns that the £12bn system has failed to keep up with the second wave, which it was supposed to help prevent.

Twelve billion and it still fails.

I tend to believe the latter.
I watched Sky's papers review last night.
It's fascinating to hear a little bit of backroom chitchat between journalists about Lee Cain and the bunch of vote leave brexit fundamentalists that moved into No 10.

And if He doesn't, do we get a bank holiday for a funeral?
I think it should be like a bet ... if He doesn't then we lose a bank holiday.

Just seen an article on the BBC Lunchtime news regarding black and Asian people being twice as likely to catch Coronavirus.

It was obvious this was going to happen. If you rewind a bit, they were twatting about in big groups swinging from statues and making idiots of themselves by clowning around on their knees. All in the name of a fictitious cause. I knew this would happen and I knew an attempt to shift the BLAME would be coming.

Similar surges have been seen in other areas of idiotic activity. Manchester & Liverpool for example.

This story is another BLAME shift for personal inadequacy and inability to behave in an orderly and civilised fashion. It’s nothing to do with race or colour and everything to do with an inability to act responsibly.

they do jobs that most of us don't want to do: taxi driving, cleaning etc.
They get more exposed to the virus than most of us. Also, when they get ill, they don't go to the doctors as quickly as we do.

It's the people who vote in the next President vfr not any committee thank God. Biden is still increasing his lead overall and is now 14000 votes ahead at GA. and poised to select his new Chief of Staff as early as tomorrow.
Looks like a winner to me.
That's not correct at all.

The candidate who receives an absolute majority of electoral votes (at least 270 out of 538, since the Twenty-Third Amendment granted voting rights to citizens of D.C.) is then elected to that office. If no candidate receives an absolute majority of the votes for president, the House of Representatives elects the president; likewise if no one receives an absolute majority of the votes for vice president, then the Senate elects the vice president.

One of the scenarios that could play out with a fair degree of probability is that the courts decide that the ballot papers weren't controlled properly during the counting and that procedures, like allowing independent observers, weren't followed, so no point in a recount because it won't show that ballots were destroyed, adjusted or added in, so they nullify the vote in that state. Without anyone getting elected, neither Trump nor Biden gets past 270, so the 30 vs 19 Electoral College has to decide.

it's one possible scenario but very unlikely though.
They can go back and check the paper trails. It's not like ballot papers are destroyed by fire or water damage. Even sharpie claims are not proven.
The most likely scenario is none of the cases that Trump and the RNC brought will succeed because of lack of evidence. Also, all the law firms working for Trump are going to ask if and when they are going to be paid.
Money raised for fighting in Court goes to Trump and the RNC first, little if any will be left to pay lawyers.
DDHQ called for Biden in Arizona by the way. Biden leads by about 11,600 and there are about 20,000 ballots left to count.

Biden's lead:
Georgia: +10,647
Nevada: +36,168
Penn: +45,246
