I'm missing out on this of course because I don't belong to any of those social platforms. I always think of a "follower" as people like the North Koreans who cry their eyes out every time Kim Jong speaks, hanging on to his every word not realizing they're being manipulated by something more powerful than they will ever be.
Besides I'm a conspiracy theorist well and truly, how do we know this slice of social media hasn't been set up by the CIA or some other likeable bunch to ensure all the loony right/left or whatever gather together in one spot so they can be observed like bees round a honey pot. Nah...hardly likely is it ... no of course not o_O

on BBC News this morning: Desmond*to Jenrick: 'We don't want to give to Marxists doe, do we?'
Oh no, we don't!
the kind of 'doe' they talked about is about £40 millions on community charge.
Apparently, Jenrick relaxed also conditions on social housing contents. Developers could make more than £100 millions extra.
so where does this leave Sunak? take money from public services or tax the middle income earners?

BFO IMF loan?

County Councils are warning of going under https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-53069772

Presumably council tax and income taxes, sales taxes & myriad other taxes will need to rise to help offset all the associated pandemic costs plus lump Brexit on top but is it sustainable...
Our local council still have 60% of its staff on full pay at home. Not working from home, just at home on full pay. I don’t think there is a need for this now.

I was puzzled by the lack of reporting by the BBC of the Brixton savagery last night, in which 15 police officers were injured. A quick Google returned images of the scene and my puzzlement ended. Those people were behaving like wild animals. Shocking.

I was just about to post the same. Shots were fired, 2 people stabbed, the police were chased away, leaving their car behind to get completely destroyed, all recorded on mobile phones. Serves Boris right, eh?

Right now ha, ha, ha, ha, ha

Anarchy for the U.K.

I thought it was the U.K.

Nothing to worry about, home secretary Priti Patel has said she is dealing with it now.

All will be good then.

Who’s dealing with Robert Jenrick? He’s the guy who tried to divert £45 000 000 from one of the poorest areas in the country into the pocket of a tycoon. Instead of making £55 000 000, Jenrick wanted that one person to make
£100 000 000 by depriving everyone in the local area of that money. Who’s dealing with that? The yellow streak of pi$$ can’t because he’s lost all moral authority due to the Cummings debacle and his backing of the eye test lie. So who is in charge and dealing with this stuff?

Still scraping around at the bottom of the barrel looking for scum?. The only reason Pres. Trump remains in office is that the GoP did not have the bottle to even call one witness last January.
The reason Mr Mueller looked shell shocked was because the DoJ had made a decision that the current President could not be tried.
The only salient fact is that 90,000 USA citizens will have died by Saturday night due to CV19. ,And that 1.5M have the infection. With a 10% mortality rate that would give 150k deaths within the next three weeks, and that is before the great opening up commences . Note the USA is already 60% there.
You're going to look very silly shortly. I'm bookmarking this so that I can remind you what you said and laugh my head off.
Well, it's been 6 weeks, and we're only half-way there! I'll keep you updated with progress in case you forget.

Funny how when it’s the BLAME (everything except themselves) tribes on the streets it gets quietly swept under the carpet. These savages were on the streets threatening the police with swords and other weapons. The police should have put a few rounds into their miserable backsides.

The usual gross exaggeration that accompanies racism.

The police have confirmed that there were no shots fired and no-one was stabbed.

Both were due to false rumours only.

Nothing to be dealt with, it's what the public want.

They voted in this Tory government, surely knowing that they always look after themselves first and the ordinary people last, if at all.

So we can only conclude it's what they like.

Don't forget that they're going to need a fair wodge of cash to do the repairs after the riots last night and plenty more to come.

The same is happening in USA. All the cities with Marxist leadership are descending into anarchy. The revolution is coming. Soon Boris will be replaced with our own Maduro. Who do you think it'll be? I reckon a female. Someone like Ash Sarkar?

Bless her!

Usual BJ turn a blind eye to the affair and move on to the next crisis waiting in the wings... > Downing Street says Boris Johnson has full confidence in Jenrick....

It's the heat that does it :) ....No I'm being serious [as I can be] every year it gets hot about now oddly enough so lots of people go crackers as usual. Crowds have punch-up's in the park, illegal raves, impromptu concerts in the street ending in drink/drug induced flair-ups and so on. Oh nearly forgot, dogs go crazy too and start biting kids and anything that can't bite back. Happens every year more to follow....summers here
