Experts sometimes come out with the weirdest statements. I've just heard one on the radio saying the physical effects resulting from the psychological effects of isolation in lockdown are the equivalent of smoking 15 cigarettes a day.

Really?

Back on March 12th I reported that I was suffering from a streaming nose and some associate symptoms and wondering if there was any Covid-19 connection or whether it was just a cold, albeit a bit extreme.

Well it's back again since last night and even more extreme, the output from my nostrils needing a bucket more than a handkerchief and often stopping me doing anything to tend to it.

Not remotely like any cold I've ever had, the only other symptom is a slight headache but my temperature is normal.
.
Sounds like the kind of colds I get flecc, exactly the same symptoms with runny nose etc, certainly not covid.

Honestly, these foreigners. As if we need them to tell us...

‘Complacent’ UK draws global criticism for Covid-19 response

Opinion writers from Italy to Australia attack ‘stupidity’ and label Boris Johnson incompetent

Oh - maybe we do? Well, not us, like we here. Of course.

Spain EXTENDS State of Emergency as death toll rises days after easing lockdown.
that's a clear warning for Johnson and Cummings.

The government announce in excess of 30000 people dead and another 650 dead in the last 24 hours. They do not have this virus under control, the virus is controlling them. In the next sentence, they talk about reopening the economy! And then, tell people to go out and start buying newspapers! WTF!!!

The newspapers really are getting inpatient and now pushing hard for a return on their investment in Boris Johnson.

Go and buy newspapers. I can’t believe that. *****.

Quick change of topic. I’m out walking listening to the Downing Street briefing on my AirPods pro and playing with the various modes. ANR mode is like being in a soundproof room listening to high quality speakers. Pass through mode is really interesting, I can hear birds singing and activity around me, almost like it’s slightly enhanced, but somehow the audio quality is still fantastic. Really pleased with them so far. Very clever.

Who is that new patronising fuckwit doctor they have wheeled out for today’s briefing?

They really do want us to look the other way when examining how poorly our government is doing in terms of overall deaths.

"Families of children who are entitled to free school meals now receive a £15 a day supermarket voucher to cover the cost of their lunch while schools are closed during the coronavirus pandemic."

Today on an earlier radio program there was a report from a Tesco that they are often being spent on alcohol.

I don’t think they will get a lockdown extension past their keepers, the billionaire newspaper owners. To some extent, I don’t care if the do release lockdown, people are taking fuckall notice of it anyway. It’s like a big bank holiday.

I am pleased for you. My Sony X1000M3 over ear are also excellent. I started to give up on the in ears devices due to ear wax causing tinnitus .. If that happens there are remedies based on hydrogen peroxide drops.. they do work.
