Charlie flew to Birkhall, his Balmoral home, with Camilla on March 22 - around the time he started feeling unwell.

This guidance is for people planning to visit second homes or holiday premises during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Essential travel does not include visits to second homes, camp sites, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays. People should remain in their primary residence. Not taking these steps puts additional pressure on communities and services that are already at risk.

Not at all, there is no point in having privilege and not using it. Mere subjects such as us have no right to criticise.
Agreed.. the UK is not a Republic. Once you accept the notion of monarchy ,you must accept that there are people better than you . Better because they were born to better circumstances.

I do my very best not to access fb under any circumstances - even if the link is to something accessible. Any hint what you have linked to, please?
I did look and there's no unnecessary linking into FB.

It's showing the inside of the vast Excel Centre which is being converted into an emergency hospital for Covid19, with 4000 beds and 2 morgues.

Worth a look to see the scale.

Riddle me this: The U.K. is only testing people for Coronavirus if they are admitted to hospital. HRH Prince Charles has tested positive for the virus, but is only displaying mild symptoms and is resting at Clarence House.
Apparently the mysterious "they" thought it was a good idea in view of his 71 years and circumstances.

If the "they" were from the many people who have the misfortune to closely work for him, it could have been wishful thinking on their part, of the "Please God" nature.

Why is there no uk statistics today (other than good news stories about armies of volunteers)? Are we getting more of the mushroom treatment?

I’ve signed up as one of Matt Hancock’s soldiers. Maybe my first job will be to deliver Charles’s crisps and turkey swizzlers.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/coronavirus-boris-johnson-medical-equipment-eu-brexit-a9424631.html

European countries have banded together collectively to procure bulk orders of ventilators and personal protective equipment but PM declines offer and lets Brexit ideology dictate UK approach to Coronavirus.

Coronavirus: Boris Johnson accused of risking lives by refusing to join EU scheme to buy key equipment

Scheme leverages buying power of 500 million-strong single market to make bulk orders

Boris is risking lives so he can claim a "Brexit victory"?

This lunatic so call leader of ours has to go, and be replaced by a coalition government, not poisoned by Brexiteers
