That's not true. Both the Tory party and the Labour party have many Leave supporters who will switch to voting Brexit if given the chance, but only the Labour ones will have that chance. Given the large proportion of marginal constituencies, that is a gross distortion and very far from irrelevant.
.
So its somebody elses fault voters would dessert Corbyn? No, whatever the reason its his fault. His poor strategy has led to situation he, s in. Public still dont know where he stands on Brexit so its his fault he could lose leavers and remainers alike.
Yes, I know you, ve defended his strategy of fence sitting but it comes at a cost. That cost is voters desserting him to people who have a more concise stand point.

Where are Labour’s 100000 council houses per year going to be built?

If we build 100000 per year for the next decade, we will need 200000 per year the following decade and 300000 per year after that. We will run out of space.

Better to maintain a housing shortage, because that will throttle breeding. Less breeding equals less pollution. I should be a Green Party MP.
I trust this is a windup. No sentient person would write such drivel. A logical solution would be a microvalve inserted into the VAS Differens ,on males at puberty, and coded zapper on signing the marriage certificate.

Not so, worldwide experience in all countries shows that as living standards rise, the birthrate falls.

It's those who keep the masses poor who result in excessive births, i.e. the Tories.
.
where are the 1 million + houses going to go? Unlike many other countries, there isn’t a great deal of space here.

Because tonight's episode from Bolton appears to be restricted to nonentities.
.
Because Farage could potentially distort the election results so dramatically, I would have thought other leaders would be demanding his presence on the show. They would then be able to out smart and out manoeuvre him, call him out and show how much more attractive to voters their policies are, gender neutral school uniforms for example and other big issues.

When you write something, why does it always seem like it’s been scripted by a Gonk?

JC does not have to build that many. Let's say he succeeds in building just the first 100,000 council flats, not even houses, this country will run straight into bankruptcy.
Think about this for a moment. The price of houses will collapse because investors will think that he will build a lot more. It's the value of houses in the UK that sustain the value of the Pound, £7 trillion pounds.
Besides that valuation, we don't have much else.

Second home tax. Increase in IHT. Increase in corporation tax. Higher income tax. Increase in benefits. Private schools fecked.
And a guarantee of 2%gdp on defence??? And full funding (guaranteed) for Trident. (but firing button is being removed)
Think I, ll emigrate if Corbyn gets in.
Apparently manifesto made Lilly Allen cry. Perhaps its thought of great unwashed getting their paws on her £15.5 million...

There's loads of space, most of our land mass is owned by the very wealthy, often in their vast estates, some of which we can confiscate.

But that land is destined for collective farms. Stalin's allotments.Sorry Corbyn's.

But we have to build them, and as usual Jeremy Corbyn is right.

It's reckoned that we will have a population of 75 millions in 2050, that's 10 million more than now in 30 years time.

Corbyn's 100,000 a year adds up to 3 million in 30 years, exactly what the extra 10 million people will need, given that the homes will vary from small flats to houses.

I don't think that the UK will attract that many immigrants in the next 30 years.

Well the prediction which was repeated only today on the news says different.

Considering how many homes we are already short, we really do need a major home building program to start immediately. The building rate can always be slowed down later if trends show differently, and there's no way we could end up with more homes than we need within 10 years.

Calm yourself. all will be well! Boris will get in, we will crash out on schedule as has been long planned and you can enjoy the eventual rioting in the streets by the terminally disappointed leavers and remainers, thus fulfilling the long yearned for desire for the healing of the divisions voting for Brexit initiated.
We'll make Hong Kong look like Butlins by comparison.

I'm sorry, I shouldn't laugh, but I can't help it.
It was all too obviously a bad idea right from the off, and we are heading into the end game.
With any luck this will spell doom for the Conservative Party.

Was your response scripted by a Gonk?.If sio, does that mean you are some form of Waterford Drunk or a 1960s fabric toy.
Glory be!
This is typical of one of the clan who was or is my namesake!

"Gonks were introduced into Australia by Tony Bell in the 1970s. They were sold in skill testers and fairgrounds across New South Wales and Austraila

Not me, honest guv!
