I have a hunch you and shemozzle's fervent support for "Britain first" may have something to do with similar "self/isle of man" first interests?
derf, where did you get this from? I have never support Britain First and I can confidently say that I never will. Nowhere within the thousands of posts that I have made on this forum have I ever mentioned the words Britain First in any political party context. The words "fervent support" imply that my support for Britain First is both passionate and frequent, neither of which is true of course.

A polite request. Would you please do one of the following;

1) Stop fabricating false statements about me.

2) Provide a link to anywhere, either on this forum or off, it where I have demonstrated support for Britain First.

I know you are passionate about the EU and have a deep dislike for Farage and all that he stands for. I understand that. What I don't understand is your need to manufacture situations that do not exist. Like with OG, this behaviour undermines the credibility of your case against BREXIT.

"If you don't produce the Brexit I want, a word in someone's ear will make your plans impossible. is the implied threat".
If true, and I am by no means convinced that it is true, isn't this simply political manoeuvring? Are the EU not doing the same thing to the UK just because we want to leave their political union? Threatening us with most things short of bubonic plague, when all that we want is to be good friendly neighbours without the political ties. Now that's not very amiable of them is it?

I think you should just put all of this down to the ruff & tumble of political life. Mrs May is ugly enough to look after herself.

What exactly are you going on about here? I pointed out to you what Farage was obviously up to and you call that a manufactured situation?
Actually thinking about that, you could be right as he had no call to be going to America when his job is to be at the EU parliament and he had indeed Manufactured a situation he could milk for all it was worth"

Oh yes it is Political maneuvering all right, perhaps that is too mild a word for pretending to the world that he is a statesman and worthy of representing the interests of this country before the Prime Minister has an opportunity to do so
But then you will excuse anything he does won't you?
He was way out of line as usual.

Care to prove any of that? and they have made statements of intent, not threats.
And have you not read the comments about the EU in the press? Who wants to be good friendly neighbours? oh do give up, that really doesn't fit any of the anti EU bile in the Three Tory rags, now does it?

well, how about this as part of the agenda

paradoxically I think its great: trying to hijack due democratic process, government in this way. if anything I think it raises the odds, which must be good. it's not only the uk's demise that's on the table anymore. I'm sure trump and farage's manipulation, playground bullying must appeal to brexiteers values.

so, just in the sprit of plumbing the ugly depths of brexit consciousness, is there a limit to what is perfectly understandable, rough and tumble. I mean, apart from expenses fraud, tax avoidance, racism and so on, would for example assisting Russia to bomb the women and children of Aleppo also be "fair game"?

i'm guessing its a tiny hop and skip for Naaigell and the Donald to come to an agreement about this?

Poor Trump
" Mr Johnson is expected to fly to the US within weeks to meet senior figures in Mr Trump's incoming administration and make clear Britain believes Assad must go."

Boris will sort him out (by simply agreeing with everything he says and coming back to deny it as usual)
See? no problemo
