Then it will apply equally to UK citizens in the EU.No it's a way to describe Criminals. Err people with a criminal conviction.

even if the EU were to accept his proposal, the ERG will still vote it down because they don't want any deal.Reading between the lines what Boris is saying is.
"If you agree to call it something else I should be able to con the plebs with Brino"
Gotta laugh
Here comes Mrs May's deal yet again with a gift wrapping.
This is one of the main problems, Only the UK followed the rules, When I worked at the coal mine we used to have a 2 week break in August and a lot of the lads used to go to places like Benidorm, Every year a few of them would end up getting arrested and would be taken to the airport within hours. Their Passport would be stamped undesirable and they would be told not to come back. Then it will apply equally to UK citizens in the EU.
Come on now.. you know that is untrue. Perhaps you need to look a bit closer to home and realise that your legal system is antiquated. Napoleon may have been many things, but he reformed the law systems in France, Spain Italy into a simplified and codified system which allowed both parties .State and Citizens know where they stand. This is one of the main problems, Only the UK followed the rules, When I worked at the coal mine we used to have a 2 week break in August and a lot of the lads used to go to places like Benidorm, Every year a few of them would end up getting arrested and would be taken to the airport within hours. A few years ago 40 men from the traveling community were kicked out of Tenerife within hours of causing trouble and told exactly the same. If we had done the same in the UK (with a lot of EU rules) we would not be in the position we are in now. If France, Spain, Hungary etc don't like an EU rule they just seem to ignore it.
They do ignore the bits they don’t like, whereas the U.K. seems to embrace everything, over apply it and then moan. Who’s fault is that? This is one of the main problems, Only the UK followed the rules, When I worked at the coal mine we used to have a 2 week break in August and a lot of the lads used to go to places like Benidorm, Every year a few of them would end up getting arrested and would be taken to the airport within hours. Ok then which bit is not true.......bearing in mind 50 hertz has just agreed with it.Come on now.. you know that is untrue. Motorbike helmets is another rule ignored by many EU countries because they don’t like it.Ok then which bit is not true.......bearing in mind 50 hertz has just agreed with it.
Couldn't agree more, totally the UK's fault. They do ignore the bits they don’t like, whereas the U.K. seems to embrace everything, over apply it and then moan. Who’s fault is that?
I must point out that my agreement with something is no guarantee of authenticity. I often post total ballcocks..bearing in mind 50 hertz has just agreed with it.
Gay marriage is ignored by Italy because they cant get it past the Pope. They just disregard any EU objectives they don’t like.Couldn't agree more, totally the UK's fault.
Fingers what are you on about? aren't you looking forward to either a "No Deal" Brexit or "Brino" I amGerald is tilting....
He is going to be a mess come Brexit day. If he makes it that far.
They disregard all laws and regulations they don't like. It's fundamental to being Italian, probably in the DNA.Gay marriage is ignored by Italy because they cant get it past the Pope. They just disregard any EU objectives they don’t like.

I think that’s a major part of the uk’s problem, it feels like we can’t wait to implement any EU objectives in the harshest and most disruptive way possible, often after misinterpreting it.They disregard all laws and regulations they don't like. It's always worked for me with my half Italian heritage, as far as I'm concerned it's all optional.
.
There used to be another poster on this thread who was involved in aviation. I can't remember his name but I think it started with a "T".I think that’s a major part of the uk’s problem, it feels like we can’t wait to implement any EU objectives in the harshest and most disruptive way possible, often after misinterpreting it.
For example, I remember the 40 hour working week directive. The company I worked for initially tried to implement a working week of no more than 40 hours. This made flight rostering compliant with Flight Time Limitations impossible. Sometimes we worked 60 hours one week, but only 20 hours other weeks. Sense prevailed eventually, but to begin with we were heading in a needlessly complicated and disruptive direction. I think this sort of zealous desire to create unnecessary problems out of misinterpreted legislation in commonplace in the U.K.
Well since 50 has spoken, all other comment is irrelevant. But its not EU law that is stopping expedited expulsion,it is domestic law. Rest assured the Spanish authorities (and the Manx authorities) were acting within their laws when they expelled undesirables. In the case of the Isle of Man, it would have included a caning.Ok then which bit is not true.......bearing in mind 50 hertz has just agreed with it.

I knew that I would eventually grind you down.Well since 50 has spoken, all other comment is irrelevant.
Not since 1993 when that law was repealed. The last birching took place in 1976 and caused such a huge storm of protest they didn't dare do it again. In the case of the Isle of Man, it would have included a caning.
