Including the percentage of votes illegally induced of course, and that is far too small a margin, for a referendum to have a mandate normally requires a 2:1 majority for fundamental decisions.
It was at best a marginal illegally flawed decision.
blame Labour party members who voted for a brexiter leader who thought he could do brexit better than the conservatives.
It was JC's enthusiasm to trigger A50 as soon as possible that lead us to today's no deal brexit.
At the 2017 GE, JC promised not to reverse brexit.

Really?
  • Malta — 2003 Maltese European Union membership referendum, 8 March 2003, 53.6% in favour, turnout 90.9%
  • Slovenia — 2003 Slovenian European Union and NATO membership referendum, 23 March 2003, 89.6% in favour, turnout 60.2%
And this is the reality about UK enthusiasm for Brexit

An entirely manufactured situation, with no deep roots at all, a huge confidence trick.

Malta is a tiny country. It literally depends on Italy pumping in fresh water everyday to survive. Yet it still didn't get your magic 2:1 vote. Hardly something that says make Europe one country?

Slovenia had the option of being reliant on a failed Soviet Union/sattelite of Moscow or the West. Its a no brainer. I'm surprised it wasn't higher tbh.

You are reaching peak rage state again. I will be putting you on ignore very soon if you don't calm down.

You know nothing do you?
Since Malta has no rivers, lakes or reservoirs, Maltese has to get its water from its surroundings.
Ssome comes from a subterranean aquaifer below the island where fresh water forms a layer over the salty water permeating the rocks, the remainder of Malta’s tap water is desalinated sea water – water that has been through the process of reverse osmosis. Malta has three reverse osmosis plants – one in Ċirkewwa, one in Pembroke, and one in Għar Lapsi.

These plants process seawater that is extracted from deep shore wells sunk in Coralline Limestone. By the end of the process, all silt, organic material and saltwater is removed.

The potable water produced is disinfected by chlorine addition and remineralised by the addition of lime. The final stage in the process is the pumping of the product into the distribution network.
I have lived there try to speak about things you understand, which means you won't be posting very often, will you?

And both countries referendums disproved your post, you didn't like that, did you?
You are the one suffering from rage, to post such nonsense.
Once again, what benefit are you going to get from Brexit?
Still unable to answer?

I spy (yet again) weasel words:

A government spokesperson said: “We are committed to negotiating an ambitious free-trade agreement with the US. Without exception, imports into the UK will meet our stringent food safety and animal welfare standards. That’s not going to change.”

But it doesn't say we won't change our standards to permit USA products. Otherwise it would have said: Without exception, imports into the UK will meet our current stringent food safety and animal welfare standards.

No deal Brexit: No deal gains outweigh losses says former Brexit secretary David Davis

However he fails to mention what those gains are likely to be, and even in the Express the readers are not impressed.

Wookie
David Davis, the man who negotiated Brexit a full 4 hours in 18 months as Brexit minister, the man who didn't have a clue on Brexit impact now tells us there are 'gains' to 'no deal'. "...none of it will be anything that a reasonably competent Government will not be able to handle.” For your information Mr Davis: WE DO NOT HAVE A REASONABLY COMPETENT GOVERNMENT!

Brexit masterplan: Radical new trade scheme worth BILLIONS unveiled - 'Truly independent!'
EXCLUSIVE: Plans to create duty-free ports in the UK will trigger a multi-billion pound investment boost and provide a gateway to “future prosperity” in post-Brexit Britain, Boris Johnson’s International Trade Secretary Liz Truss has vowed.

We had them: they failed to be a success! but of course Express readers don't bother with facts, do they?
Until 2012 when the legislation that established them expired, there were free port areas in Liverpool, Southampton, the Port of Tilbury, the Port of Sheerness and at Prestwick Airport.

Did I miss it? Or has this not yet been posted?

EU MUST BE JOKING! Sneaky EU chiefs are planning to hit Britain with a tax bill for £1trillion for unpaid VAT
https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/brexit/9649719/eu-britain-tax-bill-1trillion/
Whethere the story is genuine or not, the UK is guilty. Under the basic rules of the community from the outset of our entering the EEC, the law forbade any VAT liable item from being exempted.

The most that could happen was reduction to a 5% rate.

We conformed at first, for example reducing the original full VAT rate on electricity to 5%, but apparently breaching EU law in more than one way later.

Crispin Odey, Boris Johnson’s backer, has placed a stake of three hundred million pounds on British industry and business suffering badly in the event of a no deal Brexit. If business and industry collapse into recession, the pro Brexit & Pro Johnson Odey will turn his fortune into a bigger fortune. If Odey wins his three hundred million pound bet, many Brexit voters will lose their jobs, their homes, their cars and maybe their families.

So now I understand what the Brexit prize is for Crispin Odey, his friends and the people he has purchased, such as Johnson. However, what’s the prize for say, someone working in or supporting the car industry?

Any help with the last question would be appreciated.

Let me get this right, we deliberately broke the rules we agreed to and got taken the court for unfair business practices, and now having been "nicked" for breaking the law, our stance is this?
"EU MUST BE JOKING! Sneaky EU chiefs are planning to hit Britain with a tax bill for £1trillion for unpaid VAT.

So the thieves claim the EU are sneaky for applying the law?

I really think the EU will be far better off without us, they don't deserve to suffer UK membership any longer, what a "Parcel of rogues for a nation"
Roll on the lesson a "No Deal" will deliver.
