Of course people with what could be termed as, a racist outlook, voted to leave. It's undeniable. A balanced, stable and healthy mind would also accept that people who could be termed as racist will have cast a remain vote too. There are racist people amongst the voting population, so racists will vote. Voting to Leave or Remain can not be considered to be an indication of whether someone is racist, unless the mind is diseased, as in the case of David Lammy.
If thats replying to who I, d guess you are wasting your time. Your concept and explanation is rather too involved and subtle for him to understand. He, ll disagree whatever, merely to do so against leavers... Past or present.
Put him ignore. Forum takes on a whole new clarity.(and pleasantness, not to mention better grammar and spelling)
When I click on boring icon it says OG. (seriously, every time)

No Zlatan it was simple enough even for you to understand, why don't you come out of hiding? is it a form of Brexit, where you can't mix it with the majority?
And why are you agreeing with this statement
"unless the mind is diseased, as in the case of David Lammy. "
As I pointed out earlier, you really ought to read people's posts fully instead of responding at the point where you see a bit that takes your fancy and agree.
This shows what you really are
"Put him ignore. Forum takes on a whole new clarity."

You ignore me because you are incapable of debate and a coward.
If you won't join in the debate, do us all a favour and leave.

A little light reading here
This group is typical of the freaks that Brexit has encouraged ut from under their stones

"We spent some time this week in The Jacob Rees-Mogg Supporters’ Group. The group, which is not affiliated with @Jacob_Rees_Mogg or the Conservative party, "
https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1117358117392658433.html

Make your own minds up on this little lot and wonder why do the associate themselves with Mogg as they do?

First I would like someone to explain how the majority of the population came to these "Genuinely held beliefs" when all they had ever been exposed to was lies about the EU?
Then of course here's nothing racist about Brexit, it's more all embracing than that, it's just against Johnny foreigners coming here, and demands the removal of our own rights to free movement.

in a way its a sort of Suprematist/Isolationist movement
A sort of Monastic order for the terminally afraid to compete, that has managed to turn an urge to "Take back Control"
Into being at the mercy of all and sundry , begging for scraps.

And what may one ask is in it for anyone without cash squirreled away in an offshore account?
Absolutely nothing but trouble and strife.

After all they can't promise extra jobs here when they say we have "Full employment" can they?
And now we have the problem that we need more of the "Johnny Foreigners" and the Government is trying to sell that idea to people that voted for the opposite!
Because our people don't want the jobs these immigrants were doing.
You can hold a genuinely held belief based on lies which have been fed to you. If the recipient of the information doesn’t know it’s a lie, then the belief can be genuine in their mind. It’s very simple.

Truly heartbreaking. One of the finest buildings in the world destroyed. Not to mention the thousands of ancient relics and and artefacts.

Devastating stuff for a country already going through the wringer.
It very unfortunate, whether" one of the finest building in the world" is a quibble, it is undeniably an international icon. So much western history encapsulated by it.
Fortunately a lot of the Art was removed.. and therefore recovered.
I recall walking amongst the gargoyles on its roof some time around 1973. They had tours in those more innocent times.
Considering that Westminster is undergoing refurbishment, the temporary works are very vunerable,as the safety procedures are unique to each site.

Then why quibble unless you are a petty man?

You remind me that around that time, I went on a roof tour of Sacre Coeur. Although a johnnie-come-lately, it was extremely impressive.

Sadly, whenever I see a news report of a major fire these days, my thoughts go to whether the building is being, or has recently been, refurbished. That or arson.

Has TM sent a message to Macron offering help from those here who have some of the special skills that will be needed?

Here is todays lie from the Government

Pro remain groups outspent pro leave groups by £4 Million pounds is it now?
The totally clueless "Pro-Remain groups outspent pro-Leave groups by £4 million" is a killer.
Vote Leave and the official Remain campaign Britain Stronger in Europe were allowed to spend £7m each on campaigning in the run up to the referendum. ... This meant that, including this amount, the Electoral Commission says Vote Leave spent £7,449,079, breaching its £7m spending limit.

Who was it said "If you keep repeating a lie often enough it becomes the truth?"

I'm not sure what you are getting at. Are you saying the information is false and the pro-remain did not overspend?

I have no idea how much each side spent, but you seem to know. What are the true figures from the accounts, I'd be interested to know.
