The French are not a race you silly old goat.

Stop trying to start arguments and keep on topic please.
The French are an ethnic group and nation who are identified with the country of France.
Do you know where France is?
You really are comical" do get some new material,as to play with the meaning of words requires intelligence and you really were at the back of the queue when that was handed out.
Why did you find a racist remark funny?
You haven't answered that, just attempted to skew the meaning of "French" as a smokescreen, it didn't work, and you are left with the fact you found a racist remark funny

You are, as I have said before, an idiot, and worse you flatter yourself you are a clever one.
You are nothing more than a pest.
kindly in future take your own advice
Stop trying to start arguments and keep on topic please.

Explain yourself.
Why have you made a racist remark?
Why should anyone be disappointed that their children are French?
Apologise for that remark.
It was a joke you silly man. My nephew & niece are Swiss, we are constantly ribbing each other about our nation’s idiosyncrasies.

You remind me of a demented parrot scratching around in the bottom of its cage for seed. Only in your case, it’s looking for something inoffensive to be offended about.

or to this...i guess racism and personal insults are OK if its by our resident trolls?
This is like one of those profound quotes you sometimes find on a calendar. The type on which you rip a page off each day. Sadly the above quote more closely resembles something written by the man who infected cattle with mad cow disease.

Oh do shut up, there was nothing remotely racist in my remark you buffoon. You are just a desperatly sad and tragic man looking for any excuse to attack other forum members who share a different political view to you. When a reason doesn’t exist, you invent one.
everybody, in the absence of a moderator, lets agree not to respond to this bile

Oh! so it was just a joke now? and nobody should be offended at your remarks.

"I’m really sorry to hear that, it must be a great source of disappointment for you. :)

I wonder what prompted you to say it, did you think the person on the receiving end would be amused? and the remark was inoffensive?

And of course this response was intended as a joke and not to be inoffensive too?

Where did you borrow that one from? at least it wasn't racist.

Well well well. It looks like our Mrs May has had possibly the best day of her premiership. We even have what looks distinctly like a united Tory party! I doubt it will last more than 24 hours but the novelty has a compelling appeal.

So she will go to Brussels - and as OG suggests probably come back with some sort of fudge. But heck at least we'll be out (of a fashion) - and with some sort of a deal - and with the ability to strike other trade deals - and no freedom of movement - and out from control from the ECJ - so - WTF - who knows - an almost palatable end is in sight.

Dont blink.

I gave up.
well lets have consistent boundaries. OG, strictly for what its worth, i - metaphorically - think of the trolls here as yapping chihuahua's - in other words one does not have to enter into dialogue with them, one can shove them aside with a shoe when one fancies, or ignore, dialogue is wasted on a chihuahua.

Very recently, you have said that you weren’t going to respond, and that you were going to ignore me, but unfortunately that turned out to be a lie.

Now can we get back on topic please and you must stop being a disruptive influence on the thread. Your behaviour is unfair to other forum members who wish to debate Brexit. Consider others and not just yourself.

"Tonight is probably the beginning of the end for the Remainers who wished the UK to stay in the European Union."
