The EU leaders aren't being difficult, they've already made a plan for flights to continue in a no deal scenario. British airlines will still be able to fly in and out of the EU, but they won't be able to fly EU to EU, so no earnings for them within the EU area.It’s just inconceivable that they would be petty enough to terminate flight schedules in that way. There exists a strong will emoungst the citizens of the wide EU area to allow travel to continue. That is in our interest and theirs in equal measure. The same principle can be said for trade. It’s just the EU leaders who want to be difficult.
