Important news...
As reported today, an opinion from the Advocate General of the ECJ , suggests that the the UK can unilaterally take back their Article 50 letter. The AG provides advice to the ECJ, and is followed in 80% of rulings. A definitive ruling will emerge in perhaps a fortnight.
Seriously this is a game changer, and puts the ball directly back in the UK s court.
Good, I think they should retract the letter. Never in history has anyone come close to the cake & arse party that this bunch of clowns has made of Brexit. Can it be followed up with Theresa May reversing out of the front door of Number 10, naked, astride a donkey and freshly dipped in raw sewage? Just a little token of our appreciation and respect.

If they solve all that lot the whole world will want to join!
.
And just now the Maybot has reassured all and sundry that JIT supply chains in the car industry are covered in her agreement and to quote her exact words
"We can deliver a brighter future for our country."
It must be true it was live from the House of Commons on the BBC.

There will be great sighs of relief in her country tonight

Большое вам спасибо, госпожа Мэй

It’s not looking good for Theresa May. Not exactly off to a flying start. If she was a dog, you’d say her back legs had gone and take her to be put down.

If only you could be there in the HOC right now to add a touch of dignity and class with those stirring words ringing around a hushed house.
Imagine the result.
First Class post tillson! highly commended

Even better imagine the impact all of us on here would have if let loose in there right now!

Does Dominic Grieves amendment being accepted make it more likely TMs deal will get through the HOC?

Apparently there were some extremely worried looks on the faces of members of the ERG, because Grieves amendment makes a no deal Brexit now extremely unlikely.

I always say there's nothing like a good debate in the House of commons, and I'm watching one that is nothing like .
You know something? I can't think of any other group more deserving of having to slag each other off for Five full days than this lot!
By the end of five days it will be interesting to see how many are AWOL
It's probably a good thing they have benches that are screwed down rather than chairs.

An historic day apparently, as it is the first time in history the Government has been found in Contempt of Parliament.
Why are they still in office?
