Spain can’t veto the withdrawal deal,it is concluded by majority. But they can be difficult over the trade deal if they are not satisfied at the withdrawal stage.
The EU will not allow tweaking of this deal it risks the 27 breaking apart, they hope we will have a second vote and remain,
KudosDave

Yes they can. They wont but they can.

They know as well as everyone else with a brain that this deal means ****.

So as I've said exhaustedly everything is up in the air.

And I'm of a mind to **** them all off. We deal with countries not unelected fat white men.

Sorry but they can’t. Google it.
Under EU rules the withdrawal treaty is decided by a majority vote,Spain cannot veto the deal but the EU will be keen to have a unified vote.
This is the problem with the Leave vote, they thought they did their homework and considered the vote with knowledge but in reality that vote was based upon Fake News, delivered by Boris and Farage and Co,

I'm sorry but you're wrong. Nothing has been concluded. Nothing.

A deal has been offered. It will be rejected. Then we will start again.

If not then it's cliff edge.

Spain has said they will veto the current deal. So how has it been concluded?

Sorry mate but you're wrong.
No no. Wrong in two counts perhaps three points a deal has been negociated, it will NOT be started again, and I assure you I am not your mate. What the third point is that the deal may not pass the vote of the HoC,and I am starting to think it might...
So yes we could agree that it likely a cliff edge.
Regarding Spain , do the words qualified majority voting hold any meaning for you?.

What a cess pit it is - even if it isn't actually true, that fact that it is now yet another issue, and initially quite believable, says enough.

Theresa May has been accused of bringing the honours system into disrepute after handing a knighthood to a former minister known to be wavering on whether or not to support her Brexit deal.

Downing Street announced the award had been granted to John Hayes MP, a junior minister to May when she was the home secretary, on Friday afternoon.

“People will rightly look at this knighthood and wonder how it relates to the looming Brexit vote in the Commons,” said a spokesman for the Scottish National party leader, Nicola Sturgeon.

Let's get it right. When I say mate I mean it in the colloquial sense. Its the same way you say begorrah.

I'm no more your mate than you are to whatever blarney stone you kiss.

Got it?

And if you think this is the deal...well your as thick as the old jokes.

Don't test me mate. If you try and insult me then you'll get it back.

In the 3500 posts I have made on various topics, I doubt I have used such stage Irish balderdash. . Try and insult you?... Don't inflate your importance.
You have made a variety of assertions ,I in my feeble way have attempted to correct some of your more obvious errors. I have spent a lifetime in education and helping the hard of understanding comes naturally to me.
You may now invest effort in thinking of a witty insult, but I am past caring, and you unfortunately are past helping.

Prime Minister Theresa May takes calls on the BBC News Channel and BBC Radio 5 Live in a special programme presented by Emma Barnett.

Michael asked her: "What in your honest opinion is better for the UK, your deal or the deal we had if we stayed in the EU?".

She gave a typical politicians answer....'it will be different'

Dave can I ask a question?

You are clearly an intelligent man. I read all of your posts unlike some others but I’ve got to ask.

Why do you sign off with your name? We can see it’s you that has posted. We know it’s you. It’s a post not a letter.

I’m not digging you out at all. But I put you above the Liar and that’s what he does. I assume with him it’s just old age and he doesn’t understand but you don’t come across as old.

I hope I haven’t offended you but I am genuinely interested why you sign off each post with your moniker.

We have a difference of opinion, but I thought you were above using such insults as ‘you’re not my mate’ for the record my wife was born in Ireland and I go there a lot.

My boy will have an Irish passport. I am proud of that but I will not take your snide comments.

I think you are an intelligent poster. But I get your anti British inference.

I’m not an idiot.

Telling you that "you are not my mate" is a statement of fact, not an insult or snide comment.

I told you that you weren't my mate in a previous post and you didn't react, what changed?

Without some evidence to the contrary it isn't possible to accept the last part of your post.

I couldn’t give a dry **** about your opinion. @Danidl I do.

You’re a poor troll. Maybe that’s giving you too much credence. Your just a bit thick. You probably don’t understand what I mean by this.

Simply said you say stuff. I rarely read it. I rank you with Tommy Liar and his Martha.
