In white safety helmets perchance?
they got about £100 mils, nothing compared to the last bombing, in just 2 hours, the West managed to spend more than 6 times as much flattening a few buildings without any collateral damage. That gives a new spin on Donald Trump's new and smart bombs...

And it has to be said, not releasing any nasty Chemical Weapons of Mass Destruction into the atmosphere.
Now that is stretching the description "Clever" a very, very long way beyond believable!
And the reason is alas all too obvious.

Of course you have to ponder what the world reaction would have been if the attack had released a huge and deadly clouds of poisonous gases and killed thousands of civilians?

Obviously even our lame brained politicians would not have attacked a target where that risk was present.
Rather odd that the general public apparently haven't perceived the level of risk involved and how carefully harmless targets were chosen.

the general public is too far removed from where the bombs fell.

It is becoming obvious that a few smart weapons pointed at Salisbury would be be a less expensive way of cleaning up the city than months of toil on the ground. They could use very, very small weapons to clean up a door knob (a cruise hand grenade should be plenty), and not much more for a bench.

The recent, ill-conceived bombing mission in Syria and the fact that nobody has yet found any evidence of chemical weapons, the excuse for dangerous western politicians to engage in that war-torn country, should be reason enough to unseat this Prime Minister.

Not content with being wrong in just about everything she has been party to in government offices, she has lied to the public just like B-liar, by giving the ok from her armchair for British forces to conduct a bombing mission, stating it is to demonstrate that the use of chemical weapons is unacceptable. This is very little different from the WMD debacle. The world is waiting to see the evidence of a chemical weapon attack on Douma and so far, nothing has emerged and people there are still going about their daily business with no major clean-up mentioned in news broadcasts.

As with everything else from this government, it was based on lies.

In the UK, it seems that apathy runs deep.

Those who feel a good Brexit option is to drop out to World Trade Organisation rules would do well to listen to the following program on the BBC i-player. All is not well with the WTO and signs are it could get much worse:

Next she might find out that there are better ones too.

Lectro e-bikes
.
The Lectro Urban City model displays design trade-off's between low budget and utility: 250w front hub motor, rim brakes, Nexus-7 IGH which tbh is good for urban stop-go traffic, but no mudguards which is a curious omission for the rainy climate. Also if this was designed by Hero/Avocet in Manchester to be a budget ebike shouldn't it be priced to fall under the UK cycle-to-work scheme grand price cap?

If this is true and comes to fruition, I wonder how many other surprises there will be in store for those who voted to take back control, close our borders, etc......I find it all very amusing.

Although I like my football, I would laugh my head off if the EU decided that the European football competitions in future would be restricted to those countries within the EU. Such a dictum would kill 'Brexit' stone dead!

Leaked memo 'suggests Rudd was told of targets'
Home Secretary Amber Rudd is facing fresh calls to quit after a leaked memo suggested she had been informed about immigration removal targets.

The home secretary had initially told MPs probing the Windrush scandal there were no targets - before admitting "local" targets had been set.

She told the Commons on Thursday she had not been aware of them.

But the Guardian has reported a June 2017 memo from an official, copied to Ms Rudd, that refers to targets.

Labour's shadow home secretary Diane Abbott said: "Amber Rudd either failed to read this memo and has no clear understanding of the policies in her own department, or she has misled Parliament and the British people.

"Either way, she needs to accept responsibility and resign immediately."

Lest we have forgotten, Profumo had to resign because he lied to the house - not because of his "activities".

Just heard an amusing snippet today about the small convoy of advertising trucks carrying "immigrants go home" messages that were running around the streets a while ago.

Two were driven by a Hungarian and an Australian and both have gone home since!

We should be so lucky!
"
BREXIT BOMBSHELL: David Davis 'ready to RESIGN' if Britain stays in EU customs union
DAVID Davis is “on the brink of resigning” as Brexit Secretary because of frustration over the Prime Minister’s plans to strike a deal with the EU on a customs partnership."

Some good news at last from the Daily Express

DD looks fed up for some time. He fights a battle he can't win. The hard brexiters counted too much on our £60 billions trade deficit with the EU. At average 2% duty on goods, it does not wield enough stick to worry Brussels.
