Brexit, for once some facts.

Like I said...and so it continues...Predictable at least.
Are you saying you have changed your mind AGAIN?
Do come down from the pulpit, your sermon is falling on deaf ears.
Had anyone been able to articulate a believable case for brexit, I would have been more than happy to modify my position on the subject.
For heavens sake, surely that isn't too much to ask?

Other than standing on the edge of the debate and lobbing in the occasional jumping cracker of sanctimonious criticism of other people's behaviour while studiously ignoring your own, exactly what have you actually contributed as evidence to support the notion Brexit is a likely route to a better future for all but a few scoundrels?
I'll add it all up...it comes to nothing at all.
Fair enough, no one else has done any better.
Now working of that basis who is the bigger fool? the one who throughout has held the opinion Brexit is nothing more than a huge swindle being worked by a bunch of Blaggards on the one side.

Or the one who sees a bright shiny Future magically rising from the waves like Venus?

Really - this thread has become very predictable to me and sad to say rather pointless. I'm surprised you don't use CAPITAL LETTERS all the time. The, you shout loud enough style - we might understand the nonsense.Whatever happened to the art of debate?
Your hero's are exposed as plotting against the Government itself and you accuse me of shouting?
It should be you that is doing that, they are subverting the democratic process and have done for years, in the very party you regard as the epitome of stability and discipline.

Debate requires that there are two sides to an argument, Brexit isn't an argument it is an act of sabotage initiated by a group infecting the Conservative party with a malicious intent

Like what exactly? he said anticipating a less than complimentary response.
No, only when exposed to dubious reasoning in support of a mistaken act that is sponsored and promoted for reasons only benefiting a faction nor the general population
I am actually quite interested in recording each day with a photograph as a pastime

This is the 1360th Consecutive entry, actually painting is more my style, but photography gives immediate results these days at no real cost.

Many of us were surprised by the referendum result but, to imply, as you constantly do, that this was some kind of plot by the right wing of the Conservative Party is nonsense. How on earth can you imply that they managed to conn the great British Public all on their own. You suggest that the more than half that voted to leave have been conned and by association are stupid. No doubt some of them are but equally some of them are not and you cannot possibly say that they don’t fairly represent the population. There will be a good cross-section, from all the major parties, all the countries of the UK, including politicians and from all walks of life. Not just the old, the uneducated, the racists and whatever else you can throw into the ring. There are many things wrong with the EU and I do feel that our successive governments have tried to bring reform but it wasn’t possible, they hardly even chose to listen. No wonder the majority felt the direction of travel was not in the best interests of us here in the UK.

I don’t have a crystal ball any more than you do and it might prove not to have been the best decision we have ever made, but, we have made that decision and the time has come to make the best of it, as I am sure we will. However, it would be better for all of us if we came together and concentrated on how to make it work. To constantly ridicule those who voted and suggest some plot with ulterior motives is the real stupidity here.

Who are you, indeed what are you.

P.S. Like the thought that you enjoy photography and painting - must help you calm down having posted on here.

Whatever happened to the art of debate?
what are the chances that one of the posters is going to change his views on brexit?
however, FFWIW, this thread is a rare one, where remainers put forward some emotional reasons to remain, elsewhere, the arguments for remain are only economic.

There is no point trying to debate with him..its pointless.

To his credit ( I,m being kind) he has literally written more words ( well copied and posted more words) than Tolstoy wrote in War and,Peace..Tolstoy is boring but I don't think he made same point on every page like OG does.

Simply put..hes agin Brexit..and Tories..But he isn't prejudiced at all.
Perhaps you understand why I called him a *****...

Clearly you haven't studied recent history, have you?
There has been a campaign to divert the blame to the Eu by the Government for a generation, but you don't want to believe that do you?
Here is an example
http://blogs.ec.europa.eu/ECintheUK/euromyths-a-z-index/
Lies about the Eu from 1992 to 2016
Against this prepared background , lies and False promises, I actually forecast a win for the leave side, not because they are Stupid, but because continuous exposure to lies gives them the appearance of Truth, and the propaganda was accepted as truth.

How on earth can you imply that they managed to conn the great British Public all on their own?
They didn't, Murdoch and the Press were in there helping things along, weren't they?
And tried to reform the EU? you speak in jest if you look at the idiots we sent there most of them were part of the anti EU lies machine, or worse intent only on Wrecking the process.
Even more telling was the fact that what they were doing was very carefully only reported when it was anti EU.
Very strange, when so much happened in 42 years that only anti reports came back.

Very nice photo and a great place to live. I love the Yorkshire dales / moors and probably walked / ran over most of it in my formative years. How can you live in such a wonderful place and have such radical views - amazing. Strong in arm an' thick in head perhaps?

Truth be told, it's probably the only reason I 'Remain' on here. There are obviously some good people that ride bikes, around Yorkshire in particular and I can only assume, for longer than I have been riding of late.

Not difficult, I only bought my bike last week.

I, however, have yet to fall off and bang my head.

No I do not vote or subscribe to conservative Views, but i see gratuitous insults have replaced rather amateur attempts at "Slap Downs" as the Murdoch Press would have it.
How about you come up with the one thing you have failed to do? offer some proof that supports the notion Brexit will benefit the population at large?

Have you found this sort of response works for you when you have failed
to have a rational argument to offer in support of your position on previous occasions?

Whereas the leave campaign put forward reasons with which they are simply embarrassing themselves with because they are pie in the sky?

God, (Country) you just get worse, and worse and worse - I could go on and on and on and on - just like you do.

Does it still hurt - when you fell off your bike??

I'm sure that fantasy makes you feel better about your uncertainty (and takes some of the angst out of that that nagging void at the heart of the brexit feelings). sadly its not supported by fact. the thread has consisted of some good arguments for remain. And a mixture of personal attacks, fake news and other distortions from brexiters. however, I don't really expect anyione who voted brexit to change their minds either.

And you still can't come up with an answer can you? just this nonsense.
Is this the best you can do when faced with a question you can't answer?

Where is your reasoned argument proving Brexit will benefit the people?

At least you asked a question rather than make an assumption - for a welcome change.
Still trying evasion tactics? how about answering the question? where is your evidence to support Brexit being a good idea?
Here's what you refer to as a good read
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4868814/David-Davis-pushed-Theresa-Election-disaster.html
An example of the sort of idiots you voted for.
"Revealed: How Brexit secretary David Davis 'pushed' Theresa May into Election disaster
Easy to con a Tory, butter up their vanity, and they'll do any fool thing, even the most senior ones.
