multiple choice questions exams were not invented yet in my days, nor the electronic calculators..
We were allowed the slide rule in some exams, not all.
We were allowed Log Tables, not exactly a speedy process but effective.

This is especially the case when it comes to money. A fool and his money is easily parted is as true now as it has ever been.
At last! the real reason we keep getting Conservative Governments revealed at last, and after Brexit they will be singing
"Happy Days are Here again" in the HOC bars.

That's the reason Corbyn avoids power, he knows only too well his vision of politics would only aggregate situation. Its actually nothing to do with Brexit..
Voting public at large realise similar ( probably not on here) but its why inly chance labour have of power is with a more centrist approach. Corbyn would lead us all into poverty and he knows it.
As usual a piercing observation, but as usual wrong, he avoids power to avoid the blame, simple as that.

we've got given regularly repeat exercises to calculate log of a number with pen and paper so that we can still calculate without the tables.
The electronic calculator changed all that.

and the meaning of life itself - I suspect.

No it's not, the secret they have is no one realises how stupid they actually are as they stand in awe of the fact that they were born into money and privilege, and have an incredibly insular attitude of superiority that covers up the fact that they are simply no better than anyone else, and in many case like Boris , Cameron and Jackass Grease Smog arrogant and incompetent as well.
But I still find them amusing - they know how to look after money as well... they have no shame.

There was a phrase to treasure in there
"The tragic reality is that supporters of real, free-market capitalism are politically homeless,"
Incomplete as it should have tacked on at the end
Before they have succeeded in their life long quest to destroy the environment and Humanity along with it, events are turning against their evil influence, but like a sticky toffee wrapper we still haven't reached that glorious day when we are finally shut of them, and sanity reigns.

Lets complete it now

Doesn't that just sing?
That makes me want to volunteer to be on the first manned space-ship to Mars and leave all you nut-cases to wallow in the unreal world you seek to create. I'll wait until 90 though - not completely daft.

As a favour could you take the Conservative Party with you, they might be able to make Austerity work on Mars.
It certainly hasn't here.
But here is something you could pass on to them to try from Money Adviser
"
Could you qualify to write off
up to 85% of your debt?

Check if government legislation could help
write off your unaffordable debts now
What's 85% of £1.7 Billion pounds?

And just when we needed it least Cameron gave us Brexit.
And you call us "Nut Cases"
Your "lot" are the Kiss of Death to our economy

Can you delete that please before Zlatan sees it? we'll never hear the last of it, what with him being some sort of Mathematatical Genius and all.
It's like asking Mr Spock to calculate the odd of escaping a dangerous situation.

Do you really think he could work out the hidden meaning in 42?

It is after all metric, and he might possibly be having one of his anti-EU "I voted to remain" days. They're like that at the North Pole, it's the cold freezing the brain y'know.

That is ridiculous, he is already partly to blame...had he had a manifesto to remain instead of lying to double registered students he might have won !
As per normal the extreme left appeals to those wanting everything for nothing.

And the labour stand point has left whole country in limbo, not knowing actual support for either side. The whole point of the opposition is to oppose, one to keep a limiting factor on house in power and to represent the voters not represented by those in power. JC has failed in his responsibility...and he couldn't run country anyway, which he has now proved.
Just such a pity Blair lied...and took us to war..

Never mind.

In the near future the BBC's Radio Four 1pm news will be interviewing Jeremy Corbyn about the situation in Yemen.

Why? I haven't a clue, someone must have thought it would be a good idea.

Perhaps he'll know how to run Yemen.
