    Delimiting / tuning

Allegedly, plus as he already has the bike that is not going to happen, hence his warranty would be invalid.

    Delimiting / tuning

If you De-restrict the bike not only will you invalidate your warranty and have an illegal bike, but you will also risk the engine going into limp mode.

£1000 cycle 2 work halfords crappy voucher

Rubbish yourself, The Carrera Crossfire is plagued with problems just look at the amount of threads about cut outs on this site alone. I have owned both a Crossfuse and a Crossfire and the latter was nothing but trouble, while the Bosch motor in the Crossfuse has been faultless in over 2500 miles.

£1000 cycle 2 work halfords crappy voucher

No is the answer, the only Carrera worth having is the Crossfuse with the Bosch motor.

Help! Dongle on latest Bosch or Yamaha? Been told the software can tell.

That is not going to happen, I have been using a Bosch Activeline plus for nearly 2 years and covered over 2500 miles and often go over 25 mph on the straight using just pedal power (no dongles or speedchips) and have had no problems at all.

Haibike Flyon derestricted, or something else?

And then you will have a totally illegal e-bike with no manufacturers warranty....

How many of you also own and ride a regular bike?

Just bought a 2005 steel framed Kona Smoke for meandering down the lanes, but always use the e-bikes for the serious climbing around the Peak District.

    Chain coming off front sprocket

Something wrong with the setup from new, I have done 2500 miles with an Activeline plus motor and had no problems, a competent bike shop should be able to sort it if you can't as it is only a running gear problem and nothing to do with it being an e-bike.

    lost keys haibike

Let us hope it is not a stolen bike that everyone is giving advice about( not saying the bike is stolen) but this type of advice given out to someone who has just joined does nothing towards keeping our bikes safe.
