    Ah, you mean after 25km/h just add the minimum amount of power to over come the drag of the motor? I think people are overestimating the amount of drag geared motors have. Most of the "drag" when hitting the 25km/h "wall" is wind resistance, not motor resistance.

    No, the controllers in the Nano Kits are not programmable. You could increase the amps by soldering the shunt a little but it will not increase top speed. The controllers will take a 12s lipo battery though and that will increase the top speed and amps but you'll lose the controllers low...

    No it doesn't - I've been running a carbon fork for nearly two years. You just need to make sure the motor is fitted properly (c washers etc).
