I,ve never said it must have come from Russia. Neither has OPCW, neither has Porton Down. BJ Macron,May etc etc etc have arrived at that conclusion taking into account lots of other evidence. Please forward that link. I,d be interested in reading "your" version".. OPCW are merely stating Porton...
