    Brexit, for once some facts.

To a degree I see this and it is to our (UK) advantage. What isn't is the flow of semi-skilled and indeed unskilled workers. I understand why they come and how it 'works' neither do I hold it against either them or the businesses that employ them (small busineses anyway) but the fact remains...

I don't think OG sees it that way - I do albeit tell that to Greece and indeed most of the Southern EU countries.

Yes some daft things or at the very least unimportant things and certainly in the case of the last election a serious lack of focus by TM. We've already spoken about the characters in this place, remember? There's little to be gained in repeating your load of tosh.and bad-mouthing just about...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Always the problem with cut n' paste. You too should know that. Your lies are interesting 1. In a US of Europe or indeed the States scenario. Surely there is no other way? It's a bit like water it finds a level and if one cup has more than another it will need to lose some of it to level...

I trust you - on that at least. Well, that didn't last long - the boredom bit's OK but as I recall Germany has been running a surplus for quite a while. Just checked my facts. This from New York. If that’s the case, why did I start off by saying that Germany’s trade surplus is a problem? Last...

That's why we have elections - if you/they don't like what has been done in your name then you can vote to give someone else a try at running the country. There's more than enough in-party fighting without adding the whole lot to it. That would be total chaos - not unlike a bunch of students...

This just gets worse. First off you seem to ignore that the deficit is rather more than you say. Then you want to change the subject. This might help you focus: The claim: Prime Minister Theresa May said that the Conservatives had, over the past seven years, cut the nation's deficit as a share...

How could I let this go unchallenged other than the last sentence, that's OK. I might be old fashioned, but, I expect my government to lead, not manage daily by concensus. Whilst the constituent MP's might not make the decsions they do have influence and that is their role surely? If they have...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Nonsense, there only seems to be one party that even recognises the need to live within our means. Now that one finds itself clinging on, it too would seem to be in danger of falling for the thought that you can spend yourself out of a massive overdraft. It doesn't of course but obviously needs...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Who will pay for this spending bonanza? Just a few months ago, Labour lost a general election for the third time in succession. Yet the party increased its share of the vote under Jeremy Corbyn when it was widely expected to be destroyed. The Left has taken this as an endorsement of their...

I guess the question that remains is has the condition gotten any worse for you? Actually, I guess not you still seem fairly sharp to me and there are more than a few tools on here I'm sure.

How useful is that... I had wondered what it meant, no wonder it's not used much.

Could we have those grading's on here instead of the Like, Dislike, funny etc. I guess just about everyone would get a bias one but I'm sure we can live with that.

There's more - I pressed the wrong button. As for OldToms insults that's subjective and other's might deem them compliments, other than that where's the money to come from.

I would certainly agree with that even if did mean that the rate of postings on here would soon reach an all time low. Someone, totally unbiased, would need to vet every post.

So true, all we're left with are our own experiences in life. That's why the old are so smart.

That is the right way to look at most software, give credit to the guy that wrote it, as knowing what was needed. If you want to do something with it but can't, then find out, read the manual. Must be room for than mantra elsewhere on here I'm sure.
