I have asked at least 4 times including this visit, just told it’s because it’s folds and is normal.

hi Andy, many thanks for your advise, these are the first bikes I have owned since being a child now 68. the bikes are with the dealer at the moment, would it be ok when I get them back to take pics then maybe I could explain better.

Hi, sorry bikes at dealer at moment, so can’t take actual pic. when the top part is lowered it reveals a large Allen screw, it is very tight. The dealer said this is normal with a folding bike but I am not convinced.

Hi, would anyone know please, I have the folding bike as in picture, if I hold front forks there is slight forward/aft play below were handle bar splits to fold. Any advice appreciated as always

Thanks for advise, there are other issues I have in 10 months, one of which because it folds there is nothing they can do, but this is only on one bike, so frustrating.

Although still shocked they are both falling apart. Material has a Bakelite feel to it.

Hi, I have 2 identical folding ebikes, 10 months old. on cleaning them today I noticed on both, please see picture, the part attached to chain ring has started to break away, has anyone had similar issues, I will be in touch with supplier tomorrow. Many thanks

Hi Mark, I’m 68 and have had ebike 10 months, it a folding bike 20in wheels and have done 25 to 30 miles up hill and down dale no problem and still some battery left. Enjoy, Brian

Just an update on my chain problem for people who offered advise. I have learned how to index the gears and after much adjustment this solved my chain issues. Quite satisfying really very chuffed with myself. Thanks for the help as always :)

Code 12 seems universal with Oxygen bikes, works on mine.

Hi, can’t turn pedals backwards it locks up, free wheels and fine forwards, any ideas please.

Hi, please this is so annoying, I can pedal fine forwards but when I attempt back pedalling it locks up even with bike stood.
