Hi all and thanks for any comments. Since having a new control unit and rear hub motor when I reached assist cut out speed the bike seems to resistant. Is this possible? thanks

Do you know which type of display it has? genuine reason for asking

Saga goes on, took bike to Oxygen, they put on stand and said it cuts out at 15.5 mph, so the fact the setting in menu states 20.5 that’s fine.

Sorry I need to explain myself better. My display shows speed limit set at 20.5 km/h. This is obviously wrong for the uk limit of 15.5 mph. I was wishing to know what value is set on other oxygen bikes with the small display.

I know, I am just trying to establish what other displays are showing for speed limititer

Is it the small display? If so in the menu it gives wheel size etc and speed limit

To follow up on this saga, having been in touch with dealer their response is having looked at a display in the shop it also show’s 20.5 km/h. they have ride it on full assist and say it assist up to 15.5 mph. So mine is correct. I am now totally at a loss what to do. Help needed.

To enter menu press + - together, but then no values wil move.

Just got bike back from dealer, new controller/motor and display replaced. Noticed speed setting 20.5 Km/h. Which is only 12.5 mph any thoughts thanks
