Thanks Andy, i will be getting an Oxygen bike soon, did doing this harm any components? and can you reset back if needed? as i am completely new to ebikes and fogive dumb question, when derisricted does this mean while ever your pedaling the motor will help you? i do appreciate your time.

as a complete novice could i ask? why do they use lots of single cells as opposed to 1 large cell? when battery charger shows green light as it then balanced all the cells. i know they seem pathetic but i dont have a clue. thanks to anyone not too embarased to...

Not only am I neutral but absolutely empty in knowledge of ebikes , at 67yrs. We decided to get 2 ebikes as we are (caravaners ) and hope to get more enjoyment from our hobby. Just needed reassurance about batteries.

May I also ask, if my battery is classed as 36v where does 42.2 come from, as I am totally confused.
