    Voltage

Hi, as a new ebiker I am just getting to charging batteries, when fully charged the using a volt meter it reads 41.6 not 42 volts. Also the chargers only show 41.6 Am I completely not understanding battery voltage or should they read 42 volts when charged. Thanks for any clarity.

    Rear v brake

Hi, I have a 3 week old ebike, the rear v brake on the chain side doesn’t return freely as the front does, is there an easy fix? I realise it’s in warranty but first service is not due for 200 miles+. The shop is 35 miles away so any help would be greatly appreciated.
