So far my 250W front hub managed to climb all hills (off road is a complete different story). In case of any problems I guess I would rather choose single more powerful motor rather than dual hub solution.

I don't see a point of doing it really. I suggest you finish installing kit you have, buy a good helmet and enjoy what you have for some time. No need to overcomplicate things.

All depends on how you ride your bike. For normal use full faced helmet is a total overkill. I don't remove my helmet while shopping.

There is a lot of confusion when it comes to throttles. Law should be clarified so there is no room for misinterpretation. In my opinion bikes with throttle are much safer than bikes without.

Yose kit is a conversion, so throttle is legal.
