Well... I will start by putting a battery on downtube and see how bike looks like. Then I will do the same with rear rack and decide which is more aesthetically pleasing.
Rear hub seems like a perfect fit, but I think I will go with TSDZ2b.
Lets agree on de gustibus non est disputandum.
I am not in position to decide if what you did was a blackmail or not, but the way I see it, it was a nasty and unethical.
I don't think this forum is biased. In fact I have noticed sellers get really hard life here, especially at the beginning.
I assume Woosh survived similar baptism by fire.
I am buying red, because I know she likes it more, but I will ride on this bike just to try it for sure. So don't worry what people say or think. Real question is if you like it or not.
I almost got a green light from my wife to buy this... red bike. I premised her to stop smoking and drinking...
Woosh is selling a torque sensor for hub drives now. Maybe something worth to have a look at.
I think I will buy EQ for my wife. Red is preferred option. I was thinking about buying it when bike was above 1K, so it is hard to resist now. Unfortunately I think EXTRA20 code won't work on EQ :(
Try to put yourself in seller shoes. Would you want it on your conscience? Even if name of company won't be mentioned?
Also there is most likely case scenario: Guy sets motor for 20A, burns it down, then sends it back to be replaced under warranty.
Because what buyers do reflect on sellers reputation. Imagine set of council flats on fire or kid killed on lamp post after doing 40mph on bike sold by Woosh. It is bad PR.
I would do the same if I was selling bikes or kits.
Check Adventure 1 - better value for money IMO.

It is a common practice. Chinese declare false value of products they send.
They also do other stunts
