    Time for a helmet camera?

Going around roundabout today in Pontypridd. Car approaches on left on a slip road from the A470 where it's 70 mph. He seemed to slow down and I merrily carried on. Next thing he is on my inside doing about 40 mph and passes me about 6" from my pedal. Had he hit me, I would have needed a...

Two boys die in "ebike" accident: Cardiff riot broke out after 'police prevented parents seeing fatal crash victims', close relative says

We are all making comments without knowing all the facts here – that happens but why is there so much vitriol against the police without the facts? I am sure there must be serving / retired officers who are members of this forum and they would be dismayed by some of the comments. We ask these...

Two boys die in "ebike" accident: Cardiff riot broke out after 'police prevented parents seeing fatal crash victims', close relative says

Strange how rioters can pull out balacalavas from their fashion accessories so easily? Last one I had was 60 years ago knitted by my mother to go to school !!

    Pacemaker recovery

Neither cardio version or ablation worked for me - the doc was considering another ablation but decided to try flecainide 4/5 years ago. Only very occasionally do I get any heart rhythym problems say evry 3/4 months and then only for a day. As it happens today is that day !!!!!!

    HERNIA

GP confirmed yesterday I have a hernia. I have been advised not to cycle (as well as not lifting heavy items etc). Bearing in mind the waiting list problems at the moment, this could be a long time without my bike. Anyone still cyling with a hernia or got any advice please?
