Thanks for the great review! Due to the 48V system the Wayfarer is very punchy, but as you say it’s heavy, it’s our limo! The Tailwinds run on a 36V system so not as powerful but a lot more nippy due to its much lighter weight. Try before you invest would be my advice. All the best, David

A few points re BEBA, The association was set up for several reasons. One of them, as has already been pointed out, was to give those buying bikes from a BEBA member confidence that members were aware and worked within EAPC rules, also we had spare parts and had the skills to fix any issues...

Hi Lorna, it may well be that if the bike has been left with a flat battery the cells have been damaged. Try Saneagle's advice first though. All the best, David
