Wisper Wisper Charger Fan

Any one else got a Wisper Tailwind? Did the included charger have a fan? I'm sure mine did but it wasn't spinning last night so I emailed Wisper and the reply this morning said none of their chargers had fans. So am I mis-remembering?

I wouldn't mind but it was hot as hell after a two hour charge.

Just purchased a second hand Wisper Works 705SE and the charger supplied is Wisper with an integral fan. Although, I will say the fan only works occasionally

The fan is temperature controlled.
