    Sunny weather

Now you've discouraged me - sulk - But I'm getting there. Trouble is there seems no way of winding the clock on other than twirling the front wheel!

    Sunny weather

Yuk - decorating. The one bad thing about spring! > I did manage a 5 litre can of paint which I taped and strapped on to the rear carrier That sounds a bit of a feat. I do suspect that a trailer must be a more gentle option for the bike. Shame they are so absurdly expensive.

    Sunny weather

I do hope you are all getting this glorious sunny weekend weather. Snowdrops, crocuses, daffodills and smiling faces everywhere here. Even a few bouncing female bottoms in spring dresses as I just rode through the town. I've just clocked up 100 miles on my new Agattu and am looking forward to...

    where is everyone tonight?

I agree absolutely. This virtual inability of young people to own a house to begin life in, is the major problem of current society in my view, and should be tackled before practically anything else at all. A couple owning the roof over their heads is the basis of solid British life. I know...

    Mail Order - Your Rights

I did make tentative enquiries at my local small bike shop as to whether they would be interested in supplying me with an Agattu, giving them the phone number of 50cycles as agents. But I was met with total disinterest. And in practise my bike was sent so promptly and assembled and packed so...

    deregulated

That's a most interesting analysis, Stuart. I've read it with a lot of pleasure as it illustrates an environment with which I'm entirely unfamiliar. The streets of big cities, and London perhaps in particular, clearly present a unique challenge requiring a very different technique.

    saddles

I really like it! Bicycle Centaurs. Much better than damn great cantakerous horses. And yes - as a boy and youth I virtually lived on my bike and life without it would have been unthinkable. A wheeled man. Can't think of a suitable name just now. . . but there must be one. Anybody?

    saddles

The big soft cleverly sprung Agattu saddle isn't going to suit me. I've ridden enough to know that now. Severe willy pins and needles today (NO - Not that sort!) make it clear that I will need another one. But which one?? Any ideas folks?

I first fell in love with my wife on a Lambretta scooter in 1955. The sexiest accessory for a girl ever invented.;)

I've always loved knowing about that graffiti. There are similar complaints scrawled in the pyramids I believe. No doubt the same theme could be found chiselled on rocks in cuneiform if one knew where to look. All fully justified complaints of course.

A sunny day here, Keith, after a very poor weekend. We have all been out on our bikes enjoying it I should think.
