so you say the bafang max is better than the Bosch CX d8veh? based on one race which the Bafang Max was programmed.And you are guessing wildly I belive it was the 48v version Bafang max drive.For sure the Bosch CX is alot stronger and faster than the orginal Bafang Max drive and Lightyears...

Yes but from what I read Bafang team they programmed them to more current than the Bosch.before the race.But also from what I remember testing a Bafang max it was not as strong as The bosch but it didnt need so much rider input to get max assistance from the motor

There is 48v 250 w bafang max bikes on the market

I personally have 2 orginal bbs02 250w with a 25 a controller orginally.There are some vendors selling them and the they are marked by Bafang just like the bbs01.Dont know why you say things like they are facts when you really dont have a clue

Why arent the bbs02 250w legal when Bafang has rated it as a 250w motor?

As long as it is a bbs02 250w motor it is the same as the bbs02 500w.but the bbs01 motor is not the same motor as the bbs02 which is about 5mm wider

Yes,if they are inrunners like the q128 motors not outrunners like most hub motors like BPM and others most others hub motors

Its an offroad hill up to a mountain top here in Norway.the road is in bad condition some of the steepest places.lots of rolling resistance.and you need to lean forward for the front wheel not to lift at the steepest.but some small parts are almost flat.average maybe 10-15 %? No chance gertting...

My bosch cx cut of on the same hill I burned my Xiongda 48volt hub motor.But the q128H 800w hubmotor made it at 48v 18 amp.It was actually less hot than my friends bbs02 48v 20a at the top.The q128 was in a 26" wheel and had a top speed about 43-44 kmh on the flat throttle only.fantastic motor:)...

Anyway this guy in Norway was the first to sell them as far as I know.They are 25a 250 w version very nicely programmed.He still have them elsykkel@ebikekit.no
