    which battery for 48v 750w baffang ?

Ive no idea about cadence ,to be honest i feel like im only really ghost peddling most of the time ,except on hills. Ive only hit those 30 + speeds on flattish roads out of intrest to see what its capable of. Rural cornish roads, where theres hardly anyone about. Usually i keep to 25 - 28 mph...

    which battery for 48v 750w baffang ?

Bbshd without question.Worth the extra cost.Paired with a 30q 52v battery as others have said. You will be blown away,or rather dragged along hanging onto the handlebars for dear life.Ive got one on a 26"mtb ,with a 15ah 52v .The 30q will not be pushed running 25 - 30 amps continous, the popular...

How to connect two 36v batteries and NOT getting 72v

The 8 months ive been running my 350w bbs 29E 6p battery at 15 -18 amps.To fully discharged most rides too,has probably reduced its capacity. The case is prob worse on the 5p LG battery for the missus bike which only has a throttle and pulls 19amps alot. Ive only just learned that u cant trust...

How to connect two 36v batteries and NOT getting 72v

Im going to def parallel them then. When im running full 18amps a lot i see im working them too hard. 6p and 5p 29E im getting only 15amp & 12.5amp continous.11p will be 27amp cont. Far less strain. Same principle when i picked a 30q battery for my bbshd rather than the Ga cells .Which would...

Kit delivered fri ,fitted sat ,still in state of uphoria mon. This things unbelievable,i hit 37mph a couple times on the flat at fairly fresh batt. Seems effortless to maintain 24-26mph ,even on pas 3, about 13amps it seemed to manage that. my bbs01 350w at full 18amp feels way, way, way less...

Will type approved speed pedelecs wake the police up

I agree, totally pointless.I was just looking at ebike articles on the net.Had Ccme across a newspaper article saying the first speed pedelecs had just been approved for the uk earlier this year. Although my bikes are derestricted and bigger motors,i dont need the nanny state telling me how to...

Will type approved speed pedelecs wake the police up

I was just making an observation, wondering if a class of ebike needing a numberplate ,insurance etc might make plod more ebike aware.I know its unlikely , but only takes a few seconds to read 1000w printed on the motor and a basic knowledge of a 250w limit .

Will type approved speed pedelecs wake the police up

A couple of things ive noticed since joining this forum. One ,most derestrict their bikes speed. And two most seem to own ,or are building bikes with way bigger motors than 250w. Ahem, for use only on private land of course. But ive seen now the UK has just accepted type approved speed...
