    New to the elec scene

I think Cube keep their bikes more competitively priced in the way that they distribute them, which gives more value to the end user.

    Crank Drive Motor Clunking Noise

Without doubt the legal standpoint is a potential can of worms, without test cases it really is hard to call. ebike.com refuses to comment on it albeit from the US side, you may find the article interesting. https://www.electricbike.com/definition-of-an-ebike-legally-and-ethically/

Prototype / ex demo / ex display, end of season sale.

I validate and appreciate what you are saying here but the average consumer with little or zero technical knowledge will always within reason sacrifice cost over peace of mind in terms of service. The industry is very diverse from the multi-talented electro/mechanical tinkerholic engineer, to...

Prototype / ex demo / ex display, end of season sale.

The post has become a tad confusing with multiple models being mentioned.

Prototype / ex demo / ex display, end of season sale.

Right so by adding the motor and battery the sales tag of £1699 not so far over the top if its the same bike in the earlier spec sheet thread. However as eddiePJ pointed out once you reach this price point for another £50 or £100 you can buy a machine with better brand recognition with a more...

Is that the same bike that eddiePJ is talking about here or a different one?

Woosh Big Bear 2017 specs, £750 - Location Maidstone, Kent.

What is interesting is I watched a more recent video between 350w geared hub and a 500w gearless hub both struggled to get up the incline. But the 905e sails up! I assume the 2008 905e is 250w?

Heres a 905SE with a 2008 upload so could be an earlier model. Pulls away nicely on an incline Throttle only.

The SEO landscape has changed dramatically, i.e. google used to post 3 ads at the top and the bottom of the SERPS but now they post 4. As in any industry there is an awful lot of smoke and mirrors in the SEO world, still see so much money wasted on irrelevant keyword placement and poor website...

I was quite heavily involved in the search engine optimization business and have had brushes with Ali baba but not made in China but I can validate your comments.

The Chinese are notorious for producing manufacturing over runs, not sure if its evident in the bike industry? I used to source transponders there, 5 interesting but not without event years.
