Also, check it's not something daft like the front derailleur gear cable sticking out and ticking on the left pedal arm...

It's disassembled like a standard threadless (a-head) stem, but the bearings are usually sat within the frame head tube. Just take note of the order of dust caps and spacers when taking it apart to check the bearings. Are you experiencing play in the headset, does it feel "notchy" or stiff on...

Does it do it without your feet on the pedals at all? Try free wheeling and lift your feet off. Could be that the pedal arms need tightening.... Any bags or power cables for lights etc. attached to the frame-could be a zip rattling or a tie-wrap end somewhere.

    Woosh Customer Service

If something is important, use the phone and speak to a human. When someone's busy it's easy to miss an email coming through if you get a wall of them coming in each day, and not so easy to miss a ringing phone.

Has anyone dealt with wimbikes ?

The motor alone appears to weigh 11kg.

Think you're right about the Panasonic Cranks...which is a shame as their new version (v4?) without the motor sprocket is a nice piece of kit, as were it's predecessors. Luckily, we'll always sell the latest motor/battery systems at OnBike and are not at all biased towards one drive system or...

Actually the 26v Panasonic was wiped out by the 36v Panasonic, and then the Bosch took over.....:) I'd say a larger percentage of E- bikes sold are Crank drive than Hub driven- at a balance of around 60% to 40% currently. I'm sure this will fluctuate and probably settle on a 50/50 as Hub bikes...

Bosch battery problem. Is me or the bike?

On the 2014 models it's better to have the key in the locked position, and listen for a "click " after firmly applying pressure. It does need a firm push. Give it a bit of a pull or wiggle to make sure before riding the bike, just to be sure.

Loose spokes on KTM e-cross p

This bike should not have been sold to you in the UK with the brakes set in European configuration without informing you first.....I would get a more reputable shop to give your bike a thorough PDI (pre delivery inspection) before riding another mile on it for your own safety. Who knows where...

What has happened to the variety?

Fair enough Jackhandy:oops:...I guess that was a bit of a sweeping statement as I myself go Offroad too....It would be nice to see and hear about other members extreme rides in the same detail:)

What has happened to the variety?

Eddie...without contest, your posts have been the most interesting for me to read over the last couple of months because you alone seem to be using your offroad bike as an offroad bike. The purpose it was designed for-even highlighting where it fails. I always look forward to your descriptive...

What is your experience of the KTM Macina Action?

Hi Rob...Halfers Insurer seems to be able to offer the 27.5 variant not the 29er according to the Original Post. If they actually have one to offer immediately, it's a great offer and would be a great choice of bike...

    advice on tyres?

I've fitted these on 3 occasions to the Neo 29er no problems at all...the magic number is the -622. Have a look at the Schwalbe site to find further info on THEIR tyre sizes...

    advice on tyres?

It's got to be the Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tour 42-622 (11150405) tyre in my opinion Kinega. I have fitted these to several 29er's and they roll on Tarmac much faster and offer the best grip available offroad in the Marathon series of tyres. Obviously they are no where near as good as the tyres...
