As Jimo says jobs for the boys. How is a police officer going to give you a producer for your MSVA type aproval certificate for something that has not got a registration. Or will all bikes with throttles be confiscated on the spot unless type approval can be shown.
The last lot of cells I took apart after pulling off the nickel strip I found it easier and quicker to cut the little bits that are left on with a Stanley blade rather than using a dremal.

I wouldn't like to take any of these bikes out in the rain. Big chance of water going where you don't want it. That's why I put mine in a box which also helps for security.

I thought these things where for BMX bikes with just a front brake to enable the bars to turn 360 degrees. If so what's the point of one of these on an ebike with front and rear brakes, brake cut outs and display wires.

Tip from an old motocross magazine. Do not over tighten your brake levers then if they hit anything they will move round the bars and not snap.
