The transition from the bottom of the crown to the calliper will still be a bit of a mess operation wise
As you will lose the ability when on compression to arc the brake pipe
What will happen is it will be forced to slide up and down the steerer and through the cap if you get my drift and eventually wear the pipe away or cut into something else as pipes have a habit of doing especially when dirty .
Nearly a good idea but no prize from me

I thought these things where for BMX bikes with just a front brake to enable the bars to turn 360 degrees. If so what's the point of one of these on an ebike with front and rear brakes, brake cut outs and display wires.
