Having both, I'd say the hub motor is your better commuter. Gaz

    Hi All

Hello Strumpit :) Glad to hear it's a breeze. I hope it'll be the same for me when I make it to the ripe old age of 56........ in two and a bit years time :D Gaz

    Cube vs Wisper SE

Now I'm blushing!:oops: Have to say I very much like the look of the Cube in your link. If it were me, I'd want to try them both, and make my mind up from there. The pull from the get go on the Torque is really rather impressive. Better than my Shimano STEPS I'd think. Gaz

    New Camera

Tempting as I'm thinking seriously about a camera. If I do 20 miles, I can reckon on one or two near misses to keep me awake. Today's was a school-run parent in a Zafira who thought better of pulling in to a passing place on a single track lane, but decided to barrel on through. Very close...

The cost of e-biking going up....

Wonder if they've thought about insisting only BPW pedals are used, for hire at very reasonable rates. Perhaps a handlebar levy and saddle tax too  Have to wonder whether it's actually just about the publicity. Gaz

    Looking for perfect commuter..

Perhaps you should try telling them you intend to buy an e-bike, would like to buy from a London based shop, and you have money to spend. You never know, as a Wisper 'dealer', they might just be inclined to get one so they can tempt you in as a potential customer and money spender. Unless of...

Review Woosh Rio MTB Review/Initial Impressions

If it'll fit, hook the cable through the triangle of your frame as well as the front wheel? I've got Brooks B17 saddles and swear by them. Keep them supple with Proofide and they mould to your anatomy. Gaz

Thoroughly well put together complete hub drive package (that's not to say the B9 isn't either). Why not try them both, then make your own mind up. Gaz
