Yes the batteries have done well because they've been hammered with me and the steep hills I have tackled, rapid discharges to flat on every ride then fully charged.

I'm the complete opposite in that I can't understand why anyone would find a bike that gives a set amount of assistance regardless of the power you put in enjoyable, give me a bike that works with you and rewards your efforts.
I've not looked into this recently, however isn't part of the issue the GPS tracking? once that is activated I'd have thought it impossible not to get errors?
