    e Day has finally arrived.

    Make sure you have a dremmel handy. The bottom bracket may need clearing out as it often has some excess metal that interferes with the new kit. And a gear puller to take the old cranks off too.

    Delta is two wheels a the back. Tadpole is two wheels at the front. Going recumbent makes it much more stable. Tilting three wheelers are rare. Any bike can be powered including recumbents.

    Weight isn't the issue it's wind and rolling resistance. I can at 50+years and 100+kg do around 20 on the flat. But my bike and position is streamlined.
