The EU is a giant protection racket along the lines of that other Italian organisation. It tries to keep payments coming in and control of people by a mixture of coercion threats and blackmail. The sooner we leave the better.
Yes I agree. I don't tend to leave my bike unattended for very long but when I do I have started putting a cable lock (kryptonite) through the seat and top of the battery. Should stop the opportunist, hopefully
Just received and installed Suntour NCX12 seat post to my Freego Eagle. Been a short test ride and wow what a difference. Like riding on a sofa. Seems to absorb all the bumps.
We should ask to see the EU accounts before we pay anything. How do they know what we might owe when they can't even get them signed off. Maybe they should get some back from the scams they have wasted billions on
Hi Handling
I wish you luck with your project. I am thinking I would like to do similar. Sure you will get good advice on here. However from a legality point of view it is wrong to assume that if you are off road etc it is legal. I think that only applies to private land where the public do not...
Without wishing to get involved in any judgement on the horrific events in London, I would like to express my condolences to all those involved and affected by this dreadful act.
An older guy near me has this bike and I regularly see him around. He has full panniers and I have seen him towing a trailer. Speaking to him one day said he uses it daily and is best thing he has bought.
It's coming to that time of year for tomatoes in the greenhouse. I never seem to do very well with the bags. Can't seem to keep them watered right. So was thinking about going for pots. Anybody have a view on this
Eddie that's where the problem arises. Last week bought a pair of Giro flat MTB shoes which have Vibram soles, and they are the ones that are slipping. . May have to revert to the old pedals when wet. Possibly have a look at some of the old fashioned rubber block types
I am looking to replace original pedals (cage type). Going through styles on local trails very easy to scrape my ankles. I bought a pair of flat ones but on first usage found them slippery when wet. Are there any flat types that would suit without breaking the bank

Halfords is probably not the best place for advice about ebikes. Can be a bit hit and miss. Try to find an ebike stockist. You certainly don't need to buy a new bike.
