bike now fixed it needed a new motor. i don,t know any more details as to the exact problem or what may have caused it. thankfully done under warranty . so a thank you to haibike for this.

thanks for your advice . its not the battery or display as they work on another bike. cleaned the display contacts so will now need to get the motor contacts looked at.
