Has anyone tried to register an S-class in the UK?

I hit that same brick wall many years ago whilst making enquiries to register and insure a farm related motorbike. Because the bike didn't show up on computer records as a recognised vehicle, no one would insure it. Luckily I had had the sense to explore the ins and outs of it all before buying...

Darren, any chance that you add the above to your signature? :) I have signatures turned off, but can't find a way of not seeing it with every post. :(

That was the plan originally, but my mistake was not buying a modular precast oven, and using that instead. I didn't see one that I felt was suitable quality or standard, and they all crack, irrelevant of price. Mine on the other hand is very different. I have taken it up to just under 850...

Yep that is the one. It lives in my van, along with a micro wave, toaster, and toasted sandwich maker. :) I'm a bit greedy as I have two them, including one which is brand new in a box that I paid £70.00 for. I also have a brand new No3 and No2 cooker, plus about five other No2 cookers, a...

I don't think that I would want to carry my army No12 diesel cooker in my back pack. Nice idea though. :)

Which tyre upgrade on the Trek Powerfly

Before giving up on the tyres, I'd try playing with the tyre pressure first. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/topeak-d2-smart-head-digital-pressure-gauge/rp-prod53796 .

The speed doesn't matter in the slightest. Having safe fun is what counts. :)

    Hi Pedelecs people....

St Albans is 84 miles away from me, but I was there two weeks ago putting up the notice boards shown below. There were several groups of riders on mtb's that came through, and from the information boards, there are dedicated cycle routes.

Hardly Steve, but it does make for another healthy hobby. :) I like the bit of dirt that looks like someone's face, hiding out from almost underneath the root. :)

    Voodoo Bantu Comfortable Bike Seat

I have always rated the Charge Spoon, but recently have been given the chance to try out a Ragley Tracker. Now that is one very comfy saddle that won't be going back. :) .

Speaking of sheep. One from Sunday morning. And having a bit of a play with another photo from Sunday morning. A work in progress.

    Bosch system and reduced range???

You will learn over time what works and what doesn't work in respect of gaining maximum range. There are so many variables. The downside for you at the moment is that conditions aren't great, so don't get too disappointed if you don't get the range that you expect, or hope for.

    Bosch system and reduced range???

That was my thoughts as well SW. Especially as the OP has a CX drive unit with a 400wh battery.

Luckily I had nothing like that when I was up there on Saturday. Friston Forest was probably the worst, but that wasn't so much the depth of mud, it was the leaves that were being picked up with the mud. I didn't ride yesterday, but I did pop out to plot and work on a few more ride sections...

Darren, I seem to recall being able to skirt around on the left hand side of those bushes where you said that it was "always proper boggy"

Sadly it was too misty to get a clear shot of these sheep assembling, in readiness for a 1066 Battle Of Hastings style battle re-enactment. Certainly a very odd sight, but I suspect that perhaps the farmer might have driven around the loop spreading some kind of pre lambing feed?

    Haibike Front Sprocket ?

SW, I'm not even going to glance at that. You really should remove anything that relates to yourself at a personal level. It is your business only, not that of other people.
