    new cassette and chain???

You can change your cassette ratios, here is the same cassette: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/cassettes/1125-shimano-cshg500-10-speed-cassette/ If you change your cassette to a smaller high gear you will need to remove some links from your chain.

I find using a round file is handy when filling the dropouts. 1. Make the file (not including handle) wider than the dropouts 2. Cut the handle off, this balances the weight better. 3. Put file in the dropouts and hold the middle of the file, file both dropouts at the same time. It's also handy...

    Cycling in icy/snowy conditions

I use the winter tyres in cycle paths both on tracks and tarmac, they are fine. Care has to be taken going over pavement slabs, just go at a low speed. As mentioned, they do sound like Rice Krispies, I have not tried the spiker tyres as the winter tyres are sufficient for my needs. They are the...

    Cycling in icy/snowy conditions

Hi, I use Schwalbe winter tyres, deflate them 10psi than max tyre pressure i.e from 65psi to 55psi. They work in snow / light ice, if thick ice you need their spiked tyre. They are heavy though, I up my keep current to 70% on my BBS02 when using them.

    What if it’s stolen?

Some stolen ebikes that I have seen seem to be quiet cheap to get rid of them quickly and don't come with a battery / charger / display. This seller could have done their homework and be selling a stolen bike or it is genuine.
