The battery is too high and too far back. The bike will try bto flip if you go up a steep hill. Why can't you put it in the triangle?
If you had a normal rack, you could have it just above the wheel, which would not only shift the battery down about 6 inches but would allow you to get it right up against the seatpost, which would be a lot better.
You can make your own rack for next to zero cost if you have a hammer, a drill a couple of pieces of aluminium tube and a piece of plywood. You can use those two struts you already have. If you get one of those sports bags, you can stick your controller and tools in there too. keep it secure by zip-tying the zip if you need to.
