Would wiring three 5W LED lights to the 6V wire on the BBS01b be too much for the controller?

What sort of lights do you use exactly? I use cheapo grow bulbs for my kitchen windowsill tomatoes - they grow all year round too, because I also use a 25W ceramic bulb as a heater and they're behind a plastic sheet in the window recess - on separate timers for heat and light... all my neighbours think I grow weed. I can't wait to sue the Police, after they kick down my door lol.

The only reason I went to such lengths, was because when I tried - they all failed the first year... so I went all out to make them fruit. And they've been growing continuously since 2012!

600 FREAKING WATTS?!?!? I just use these:

I might get this to grow strawberries in the bedroom window recess:

...costs me almost nothing for the convenience of fresh off-the-vine tomatoes, all throughout the year.

Even though it's AC - if you wire them wrong, they die a death fast (LED bulbs). I've got three bulbs in series, they've been working for years.

id use one of them every 3 months and another 200 quid for the rest of it plus a ec ph meter to mix it all not easy or cheap

Someone tried to sell me those lights a few years ago - he completely got the wrong end of the stick, when I said I grew tomatoes at home - must have thought it was some sort of code-word.

I bet that's just potassium (makes everything flower), a few micronutrients and nitrogen - very expensive tomato feed. Not that I'm trying to help you - I'm not an accomplice! But I bet tomato feed would work.

I've been using actual spring water (using the bike) - it shoots up through volcanic rock about a mile away. That and tomato feed... my plants were absolutely massive, oodles of everything grew this year. Real spring water is full of plant useful minerals, especially from around here. Volcanoes in ages past.

At least soil ph meters are cheap - mostly just an anode and cathode.

if you go full hydro system and dont monitor the ph and ec levels you can kill every thing you cant use crap meters

Even so, the profit margin sounds good. How do you clean the money so you can spend it?

You could open a cash-based front business, like all those nail salons where no customers actually get any nails done, and the staff do each other's nails all day...

you sell it to some one that can distribute it and sell it as oz to dealers that sell it for gs for 10 quid.

no risk = no profit

It's a mad game - don't you worry that someday you'll get a bin bag over your head and shot? Lots of unstable people in that scene.
