Hello,
I'm considering moving my last lipo set of batteries into a pair of these bags:

It would be attached into the rear rack, as side pannier. I'm planning to leave it for long time outside and it wouldn't be locked.
The battery as it is can't be easily fit to any other bike or sold:
I doubt anyone will want to steal it, however, I'd like them to save the hassle trying to steal the bag anyway (last time someone just cut the wires from my light) and by doing so creating a risk of fire or explosion.
I'm thinking to stick one of these on the bag:

I'm wondering if I would be able to travel safely in London with 2 big electrocution warning sign on my bags, or am I going to be stopped by police?
