Will a Tongsheng Tsdz2 fit on this full suspension decathlon bike?

Found a battery 90 x 93mm that will fit in the large frame and can still remove it to charge
Now to find another
This battery case looks interesting - it might open up conversion possibilities for some other FS machines. Do you have details & vendor for it?

It seems to be a Hailong G56, available on AliExpress from a variety of sellers in both complete battery and empty case forms. At around 9.3cm in height it’s around 1.5cm shorter than my Hailong with integrated controller. Maybe I’ll make a little cardboard template and try it in some local full-sus bikes from Facebook.0D273DFB-E71F-4685-8E5C-D46F6DC9AB7A.png

The bottle cage holder looks like the same type that Eclipse use for their Supershark batteries.

If so you need to allow for 18mm space to pull the battery forward and 8mm to lift upwards so it releases.

So regarding the gearing, are the gears on the back wheel meant to be offset with a spacer to mesh properly with the motor?

I have a vintage Rockrider Fire with a BBSHD and I use a backpack battery with an XT90 connector under the seat. I wouldn’t be able to mount a battery on my frame. I also fabricated a bash guard for the motor. I don’t like the way the cables are so vulnerable coming out of the bottom of the motor. The white bits between the bash guard and the motor are pencil erasers hot glued to the case to provide some spacing for the fins and act as shock absorbers for the guard.

I got a perfect chain line using the standard Bafang chain wheel that came with the kit. It’s a horrible looking thing but does the job nicely for me.

i put a 42t on the front but even with that, however I set up the derailleur I can't get the bike to stay in a gear, it just jumps up and down out of gears

I originally had a triple chain set, so I disconnected the front derailleur gear change cable and adjusted the screws to set it up manually as a chain guide to stop the chain falling off. Maybe you could try that or fit a real chain guide.

Another option is to shim the motor in the bottom bracket to try to bring it into alignment. Shims come in various widths.

Are you sure it is jumping between gears rather than chain slipping on cassette?

If chain is correct length, cassette and chain in good order, enough spring tension in the derailleur then at least the gears close to the line of the chainring have to work! Even with a bad chainline, the higher gears i.e. smaller cassette cogs should work. If not, check for wear or just fit new chain and cassette.

If it is not slip, then start at the derailleur top jockey wheel. That guides the chain onto the cassette, so if in good order, jumping should not be possible.
